From my first moment at Haling Park Croydon, I was met with a warm welcome and treated with compassion and respect. The staff were attentive and kind and my every need was anticipated and satisfied. Nothing was too much trouble and during my stay, the staff would go out of their way often to satisfy
my needs and make me as comfortable as possible. The staff are competent and efficient but more than that, they work from the heart, strive to make each resident feel loved and special. I was treated like a princess and I'm truly grateful to have been in such a well run establishment. Wonderful nursing home, wonderful people. Thank you all so much.

Cannot fault Haling Park care home one bit. I feel so reassured that my Mum receives the best care here and most importantly is so happy. The staff are amazing, ensuring all residents are cared for properly. There is a wide range of activities, very good food and lovely spacious rooms for all residents.

Lovely premises, friendly staff, pleasant surroundings. Very good care. My mother chooses from a varied menu and is washed and dressed each morning by carers/nurses each morning. She has breakfast dinner and supper. In her own room if she wishes, but she is encouraged to eat in the dining room. Her
washing is done for her and her room is cleaned regularly and her bed made for her each morning. She has ensuite facilities and a TV in her room

My husband has been attending Haling Park for respite care, 1 day a week.
He finds everybody very helpful, kind and supportive. There are interesting activities, quizzes, games, entertainers, cinema etc.
Everybody is encouraged to join in and apparently people are engaged and enthusiastic.
The
food is good, there is an interesting choice. Overall, the home has a lovely feel.

My husband has been here at Haling Park since January 2021. He gets on well with all the staff here and they treat us both with care and respect.
I'm very pleased with the amount of activities within the home and that my husband gets very involved.

Very caring and helpful staff. Always responsive to my care needs. They always respond to my calls quickly. My room and environment (lounge etc.) are comfortable, clean and tidy. I'm glad I'm in Haling Park, I have plenty of company and I am never lonely.

I cannot give high enough praise to the care home and its staff. It/they are superb. The level of care given is excellent. My father, who suffers from dementia, is happy and settled and we know he is really well taken care of. Everything about the home is first class, I would thoroughly recommend.

My husband was a resident from January 2020 until 8th April 2021, during that time he and our family received nothing but respect and loving kindness and care. The respect and dignity my husband received was incredible. Haling Park Care Home should be so proud of all their staff, who work tirelessly

Saide has been working at Haling Park Care Home since the very beginning, with 10 years of experience in maintenance, building and DIY within a care home setting, he is an integral part of the team.


Saide ensures that residents live in a place that’s proactively inspected and brilliantly maintained at all times.
In addition to maintenance, Saide safely transports residents to and from appointments and outings in our minibus.

Tandy qualified as a Registered Nurse in Salisbury. Before moving to London and working in NHS hospitals. Tandy trained as an Ophthalmology Nurse at Moorfields Eye Hospital and was promoted to a Practice Development Practitioner. Between 2006 and the present, Tandy has held Senior Management positions such as Quality and Risk Manager, Director of Nursing, Clinical Services Manager, and Deputy Home Manager.


Tandy enjoys social care. Working with older citizens is fulfilling and satisfying. Obtaining a diploma in Dementia, and recently been appointed Dementia Champion for Haling Park.

My name is Andrea, but my friends call me Ang. I have worked in a school with young pupils that specialises in autism, which I really enjoyed, and I also worked as an at-home carer for many years, helping people with shopping, doing housework or popping in for a chat. Eventually, I took my skills and began working in a Care home. I enjoy working in my role as an activities coordinator. I enjoy driving the residents’ minibus and taking them on outings and trips.

I am married to my lovely husband, with whom I have been for almost 20 years. We have a 5-year-old daughter together. I have two sisters, one being my twin sister, as well as one brother. My hobbies are socialising with friends. I am new to the care home sector after deciding I would like a career change; I am very happy here, and I love making the residents smile daily.
