Haling Park

My stay here at Haling Park is an enjoyable experience. I was looking for a care home that would be able to help my recovery from a long illness, bed bound and in hospital. All the staff here are very helpful, coming across as very professional but with a friendly demeanour. They have helped me set up additional services such as a physio and are more than willing to provide some support during these sessions.

Very pleased with the care Dad is receiving. All the staff are caring and nothing is too much trouble; he seems to have improved in his well-being since arriving a couple of months ago.

My husband was at Haling Park for 17 months and received excellent care and understanding from all of the staff. He was happy and content, always cared for and as a family, we felt included, supported and that he was safe in the staff's care. We could not have asked for a more dedicated team of staff to care for him and will be forever grateful for all they did.

From my first moment at Haling Park Croydon, I was met with a warm welcome and treated with compassion and respect. The staff were attentive and kind and my every need was anticipated and satisfied. Nothing was too much trouble and during my stay, the staff would go out of their way often to satisfy my needs and make me as comfortable as possible. The staff are competent and efficient but more than that, they work from the heart, strive to make each resident feel loved and special. I was treated like a princess and I'm truly grateful to have been in such a well run establishment. Wonderful nursing home, wonderful people. Thank you all so much.

Cannot fault Haling Park care home one bit. I feel so reassured that my Mum receives the best care here and most importantly is so happy. My mother has been attending Haling Park for 3 months now and she settled in no time. We are very happy with the care my mother is given. She enjoys the entertainment during the day. the home is clean, her room is lovely and the staff are so helpful, friendly and caring. We are so lucky to have found a forever home here.

My husband arrived at Haling Park in June 2021. He settled down very well and is very happy. All the staff are excellent, they go out of their way to help and support you. I highly recommend this home.

Wow, what can we say. The level of care that my aunt receives is outstanding. The staff are pleasant, helpful and so caring. I cannot fault anything here all credit to you. My aunt has dementia and the staff are so understanding. We are kept informed with all changes to my aunts care. I can't think of anywhere else I would rather be. Thank you.

Lovely premises, friendly staff, pleasant surroundings. Very good care. My mother chooses from a varied menu and is washed and dressed each morning by carers/nurses each morning. She has breakfast dinner and supper. In her own room if she wishes, but she is encouraged to eat in the dining room. Her washing is done for her and her room is cleaned regularly and her bed made for her each morning. She has ensuite facilities and a TV in her room

The best care home ever. Cannot fault any of the staff. They are so professional - caring is second to none. My brother is so happy and content and that's all I ever want for him. I myself love coming to visit. It's always a pleasure. Simply the best and as a visitor, I'm always treated superbly.

The food is good, there is an interesting choice. Overall, the home has a lovely feel.

I feel my husband is very looked after at Haling Park and I like being able to see what my husband gets up to on the Haling Park social media.

My mother has deteriorating dementia and requires care 24/7. We are so happy that Mum is receiving the best care possible. The staff are so caring and always speak to Mum with such kindness and respect. We are truly blessed to have found such a lovely place for Mum. Thank you for all you do.

Very caring and helpful staff. Always responsive to my care needs. They always respond to my calls quickly. My room and environment (lounge etc.) are comfortable, clean and tidy. I'm glad I'm in Haling Park, I have plenty of company and I am never lonely.

The home staff have been very accomodating, making the necessary adjustments to the meeting room to make it possible for us to see Grandma on a regular basis during these challenging times. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care and for being so welcoming.

This care home is amazing! The care and love they show towards my husband and me are remarkable. I can't thank them enough for the way that they have coped during the pandemic and have always done their best to allow us to see our loved ones. It has been such a blessing to know with absolute confidence that my husband is getting the very best care.
