Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

The care she receives is wonderful. I cannot recommend Harbour Manor enough. We no longer feel guilty for mum having to go in to a care home as her life has improved in so many ways since moving to Harbour Manor. Thank you to everyone there for all they do.

A lovely homely feel to this home, beautifully decorated with a lot of thought gone into it. Plenty of facilities ie cinema room, hairdressers, library. Outside facilities potting shed and patio area to sit out and look at the view. Food is excellent all homemade. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff are all very friendly and efficient. My dad is well looked after and cared for. The food is wonderful and my dad is eating well. Nothing is too much trouble. My dad loves it here.

He was the first Resident at this brand new Care Home...
He was the first Resident at this brand new Care Home which is like a luxury hotel, all of the staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, he is well looked after and always treated with dignity. The food is of excellent quality and presentation. He is very happy there and can't say enough positive things about the staff and the Home. We couldn't have made a better choice. I would recommend Harbour Manor to everyone

I have worked for Care UK since 2016, when I started as a carer and team leader. I have always thrived on getting to know residents, encouraging colleagues and providing the highest levels of care.
In that time, I also completed my level five NVQ and became a dementia trainer, spending time at Worcester University. The training days were intense, but it is an area I feel passionate about, and I was incredibly proud to be nominated Dementia Trainer of the Year. When I provide dementia training to others, I love being able to give them a new perspective on the condition.
I’ve been lucky to have had so many varied roles at Care UK, including Business Administrator, Senior Team Leader and Deputy Manager. Now, as Home Manager, I feel very lucky, and I’m enjoying every day. I can honestly say that I have been supported by wonderful, encouraging leaders and feel privileged to be working alongside such great colleagues.
