Thank you for your feedback; it helps us to continuously improve the service we offer. At Harlow Hall, we have a variety of meals on offer within our four weekly seasonal menus, including vegetarian options and alternatives, snacks, and all-day refreshments in addition to this, a menu which is available within all our dining rooms and bedroom services. Our team works as one, as we have multiple dining areas our team does like to get involved during lunch service and is trained to the same food and dining standards. Our reception team are always on hand to help, and for times they may be away from the desk, we have a call point so any one of our team members can help you. We would like to discuss this in further detail, so please do come and speak to one of our management team members when you are free.
