Wow - was the first word that came to mind when we arrived at Hutton Manor, the interior is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the online pictures!
The friendliness and smiles from the lovely receptionist put my nervous mum at ease straight away. For which I’m really grateful!
Every member of staff has treated my mum with respect and I can honestly say I’ve not seen her as happy in a long time.
The care given is exceptional which is giving me peace of mind knowing Mum is safe and all her needs are being met above and beyond expectations.
Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the Hutton Manor family.
The rooms are big enough with a toilet and shower in them.
Staff always seem friendly and helpful when I've spoken to them.
Dad has already been taken out by the staff that run the activities.
They have a dining room for meal times which all the residents can go to if they choose to.
They also have a coffee shop on the ground floor so when visiting you all can have a drink and chat but it's not open yet due to Covid I think which is a shame but I'm sure it will be soon.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our privilege to care for your Dad and we are delighted he has settled in so well. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the manager and the Hutton Manor family.
We have rung the home out of normal hours and they do everything they can to help.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. We are very proud of the team and the care they provide at Hutton Manor. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the Hutton family.
A very good friend from our church community is a permanent resident and could not have chosen a better home.
She is delighted with her spacious ensuite room which is always warm and bright and gives access to a secure patio where she can sit out during the summer months. The communal areas of the home are very impressive and immaculately kept, there is a lovely atmosphere throughout, unrivalled in our experiences of any other care home. The in-house facilities are very good, particularly the hair salon.
The staff are first rate, happy, friendly and very helpful. Our friend needs additional help because she is unable to walk and extremely deaf but the staff always seem to have endless patience with her and never appear rushed or frustrated. They always take time to write down anything they need to ask her or whatever they need to explain to her. Thank you to all.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. We are very proud of the colleagues and facilities at Hutton Manor and are delighted you took the time to recognise them. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will, of course, pass them on to Helen and the team.
Well run care home. Everywhere spotlessly clean and all staff friendly and helpful. My mother has no complaints about the food. Varied entertainment programme available if the resident wishes to get involved.
Dear Jon Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to Helen and the Hutton Manor family.
What a fantastic home always warm and friendly. It saddened me when the time came for mum to go into care, but I should not have worried, the staff are amazing and my mum gets the very best care. Her dignity is protected at all times and the staff are always on hand when I visit. Mum is more than settled she absolutely loves it. A massive thank you to you all for looking after our queen xx
Dear Julie, Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. We are delighted that your Mum has settled in so well and it is our pleasure to care for her. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the team.
On Mum's admission to Hutton Manor, she was not in a good place. In spite of our best efforts as a family, she had begun to struggle to live alone. The motivation was gone, resulting in poor diet and self-neglect. We are now delighted to see that she is a changed person. During her three-year stay, she has blossomed and become the Mum we used to know. This is due entirely to the care and attention of the staff. She has gained weight, looks well and is constantly relaying stories of jokes she has with the girls. Hutton Manor is now her happy place. Thanks from Mum's family to her newfound family.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our privilege to care for your mum and we are delighted that she is enjoying life at Hutton Manor. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the manager and the Hutton family.
All staff, no matter what their role, work hard with professionalism and humour to encourage residents to take part in the activities and entertainment provided. All this is done alongside the professional personal care given to the residents in times that have been difficult circumstances amid the Covid pandemic.
Hutton Manor is welcoming and inviting, and that is thanks to the staff who work there. All in all, this gives me peace of mind knowing my husband is safe and cared for, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Now, as we continue to live with relaxed covid rules it is great to visit my Mum and see the entertainment that goes on first hand and the residents enjoying themselves together after the last few years is fantastic.

We are extremely happy with the standard of care provided by the staff at Hutton Manor. The home is the best we have seen, it's always spotless and all areas are bright and fresh. The rooms are spacious with ensuite wet room which is essential for my cousin, it gives her a little independence. There is a lovely garden for residents to sit out or have a stroll if able. On every visit staff are always very helpful and friendly. My cousin is very happy at Hutton Manor and I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for care.

Hutton Manor suits our Mum's residential care needs extremely well. She has been resident for a year. As a family, we find the care she receives to be excellent and there is always time to discuss this if needed. Communication is excellent, the 'phone is always answered quickly and you know who you are talking to, so important for relatives. There has been a sense of opening up after the pandemic, a regular hairdresser and an increase in activities for residents of late with inclusive events for relatives too. The care is kind and the environment is welcoming with furniture and fittings of a high quality and standard. We would very much recommend this home.

Dear Amanda, many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our pleasure to care for your aunt and are delighted with your comments regarding the support given. We are very proud of the team. I will of course pass on your kind words to the Hutton Manor Family.
Our Mum has been cared for at Hutton Manor for the past 3 years, during this time the staff have provided excellent care and have also developed a good relationship with her, encouraging Mum to take part in the many activities they provide. The facilities are very clean and well maintained and the staff are always friendly, Mum's health and mental wellbeing has improved massively since her admission. The biggest compliment I can pay is to say our mum was always adamant that she didn't want to go into care but now couldn't be happier. Also, Hutton Manor have been very proactive during the covid pandemic and have adopted a safety-first policy to protect both residents and staff.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our home. It is our pleasure to care for your Mum. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and I will of course pass them on to the colleagues at Hutton Manor.
From entering the home in June the service has been exceptional nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and facilities are excellent. Sadly in August my Father passed away having only been resident for 2 weeks. All the staff without exception treated myself and family superbly well but especially my Mum who remains a resident. The empathy shown by all to her has been amazing - I know she is in safe hands.
