I found the staff friendly and made my wife feel at home. The room is exemplary, and they have encouraged her to join in with others, bingo/carol services. She seems happy there.

My friend and neighbour booked in for 2 weeks of respite with the added bonus of making it permanent if she settled. She had reservations about going into 24-hour care but after meeting staff and other residents these fears were very quickly overcome. After 2 days in respite she decided she wanted to stay. Her room is very comfortable and as a visitor, I too am made to feel very welcome. She can’t understand why she didn’t make this move earlier.
Looking forward to sitting out with her in her private garden when the weather improves.

Having done respite my sister-in-law did not want to go home so she stayed! On visiting I could not believe how happy and settled she was. I was impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to visit.

Mum became a guest at Hutton Manor in Sept. 2022 after a severe fall that kept her in hospital for 6 weeks. We realised while she was in the hospital she would no longer be able to look after herself at home. We live in the USA. We looked at several facilities, but Hutton Manor stood out, it has the look of a 5 star hotel, plus the in-depth tour made up our minds. Mum accepted the fact that she had to be there, but was not happy about it. The staff had endless amounts of patience with her. We had great peace of mind knowing she was so well looked after. The facility was spotlessly clean, the food plentiful and in some cases made to order. At nearly 92 years old Mum was set in her ways, but all the staff were exceptional with her. The staff were always available when I called to check on mum. It gave us peace of mind knowing how well she was looked after.
Mum sadly died on Mar. 5, 2023, but 2 staff members attended her funeral. I would def recommend Hutton Manor, a fantastic place.

My mum has only been in the care of Hutton Manor for a few days so far - but I feel the need to write this review already! Wow - was the first word that came to mind when we arrived at Hutton Manor, the interior is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the online pictures! The friendliness and smiles from the lovely receptionist put my nervous mum at ease straight away. For which I’m really grateful! Every member of staff has treated my mum with respect and I can honestly say I’ve not seen her as happy in a long time.
The care given is exceptional which is giving me peace of mind knowing Mum is safe and all her needs are being met above and beyond expectations.

Dad arrived at Hutton Manor on the 24th of December 2022. On my first impression, it's a lovely bright fresh care home which hasn't been open that long. The rooms are big enough with a toilet and shower in them. Staff always seem friendly and helpful when I've spoken to them. Dad has already been taken out by the staff that run the activities. They have a dining room for meal times which all the residents can go to if they choose to.
They also have a coffee shop on the ground floor so when visiting you all can have a drink and chat but it's not open yet due to Covid I think which is a shame but I'm sure it will be soon.

We would recommend Hutton Manor Care Home, without reservation, to anyone who requires residential care. A very good friend from our church community is a permanent resident and could not have chosen a better home. She is delighted with her spacious ensuite room which is always warm and bright and gives access to a secure patio where she can sit out during the summer months. The communal areas of the home are very impressive and immaculately kept, there is a lovely atmosphere throughout, unrivalled in our experiences of any other care home. The in-house facilities are very good, particularly the hair salon.
The staff are first rate, happy, friendly and very helpful. Our friend needs additional help because she is unable to walk and extremely deaf but the staff always seem to have endless patience with her and never appear rushed or frustrated. They always take time to write down anything they need to ask her or whatever they need to explain to her. Thank you to all.

I would like to thank all the staff at Hutton Manor for the kindness and care they have given to my husband since he became a resident just over a year ago. That same kindness and support also extend to myself and our family. All staff, no matter what their role, work hard with professionalism and humour to encourage residents to take part in the activities and entertainment provided. All this is done alongside the professional personal care given to the residents in times that have been difficult circumstances amid the Covid pandemic.
Hutton Manor is welcoming and inviting, and that is thanks to the staff who work there. All in all, this gives me peace of mind knowing my husband is safe and cared for, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Hutton Manor suits our Mum's residential care needs extremely well. She has been resident for a year. As a family, we find the care she receives to be excellent and there is always time to discuss this if needed. Communication is excellent, the 'phone is always answered quickly and you know who you are talking to, so important for relatives. There has been a sense of opening up after the pandemic, a regular hairdresser and an increase in activities for residents of late with inclusive events for relatives too. The care is kind and the environment is welcoming with furniture and fittings of a high quality and standard. We would very much recommend this home.

Our Mum has been cared for at Hutton Manor for the past 3 years, during this time the staff have provided excellent care and have also developed a good relationship with her, encouraging Mum to take part in the many activities they provide. The facilities are very clean and well maintained and the staff are always friendly, Mum's health and mental wellbeing has improved massively since her admission. The biggest compliment I can pay is to say our mum was always adamant that she didn't want to go into care but now couldn't be happier. Also, Hutton Manor have been very proactive during the covid pandemic and have adopted a safety-first policy to protect both residents and staff.
