Review from Mark W (Son of Resident) published on 27 February 2020 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My mother recently had a two-week stay at Jubilee on respite. She came for care, comfort and company over the Christmas and New year period. Mum settled in quickly and has been very comfortable and very well cared for. Mum was unwell for a few days while she was there and the staff bent over backwards to make her comfortable. The building is spotlessly clean and the food is of a good standard cooked fresh daily. Mum got on well with all of the staff. They made her feel welcome and safe and that she always had a choice. Mum made good use of the hairdresser and the podiatrist services which were a bonus.
Mum seemed much stronger when she left than when she went in. We couldn't have asked for more.
Mum has been for short periods of respite in other care homes. We have been happy with all of them. This one has been the best so far and mum agrees that she has been most settled there.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jubilee, meanwhile Mum is busy planning her next 'holiday'' in Jubilee.

Since moving my uncle into Julilee Care Home he has settled really well and as he says he loves it here and the (girls) staff are really good. The staff here are always very friendly and approachable to myself and other family members. This is an excellent care facility.
