Overall Experience
When my mum was diagnosed with dementia it was difficult to accept the obvious. Following hospital treatment, I had to find a suitable but limited home for her. Following an evaluation of the list provided by the mental health team, I finally decided that one was the best option. Mum was allowed to reside in the chosen room and was well looked after. The staff looked after her and met her needs. I was totally supported by the staff, particularly in Mum's final week of life. Staff kept me updated on her condition etc. Linden House has been very good with Mum and met her needs. It was even a surprise that 2 members of staff had the decency to attend the church at Mum's funeral.

I would strongly recommend the care home to anyone seeking a suitable home for their family members suffering from dementia. They work very hard to meet personal needs and adhere to required standards.

My dad has been at the care home for over a year and myself and family visit weekly. As his dementia has progressed he has become more confused and contrary. The staff are super good with dealing with my dad and cannot thank them enough for carrying out a very difficult job with not enough credit.

Overall Experience

My dad is very happy at Linden House. Every member of staff takes the time to speak to residents like they are "still human" not just people who no longer understand their environment. The patience, care, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile with all residents means that we know my dad is safe and looked after. The home is flexible and always makes an effort to celebrate and raise awareness of birthdays and special events taking place in the world. I would have no hesitation in recommending the managers and the team at Linden House to care for your loved ones. Thank you!

I visit regularly and have found the staff to be kind and caring on all occasions. My father is cared for with kindness and compassion. Due to his illness and condition, he can be difficult and hard to manage. The care he receives is excellent. The staff take time to answer any questions I have and take time with my dad helping him with his daily tasks. I cannot thank the team enough for all that they do.
