Every time I visit I am met by smiling, professional staff, always willing to answer questions and give advice. The resident is clean and carefully dressed, expresses her desire to stay, feels safe and sleeps well. She has enjoyed events and regular hot drinks and is pleased with a hairdresser and chirpodist. I enjoy the fact that I can take her out as we always used to do and look forward to a trip to the supermarket with her and others.
