Loveday offers members an exquisite blend of the highest standards of luxury and comfort with consistent, impeccable standards of care.

The boutique residence boasts 26 ensuite rooms housed in an exquisite townhouse, with views over bustling Abbey Road or the peaceful sensory garden. All rooms can be personally customised and come fully furnished to high standards. Abbey Road has been designed to provide the comforts of a much-loved private club, offering a variety of areas in which to socialise. Members and their loved ones can enjoy the delights of the indoor-outdoor living and dining in the stunning garden.

Loveday places a strong importance on social, physical and mental stimulation, all of which have been proven to enhance the mental health and emotional wellbeing of individuals with memory problems. Every day is different at Loveday; pet therapy, art, baking, gardening, music and innovative daily exercise are just some of the in-house activities on the daily programme. Excursions to the ballet, art galleries, museums, local attractions and sporting events are also planned in response to individual hobbies and interests.

With an industry leading care to member ratio, the care team comprises of highly experienced, compassionate and caring staff, handpicked by the industry-leading General Manager. They are all highly trained and strive to deliver the best possible care and experiences for each member.

Loveday also offer Day Club services for those members not looking for residential care but still wishing to benefit from their leading care services, activity programme and luxury facilities offered in the properties.

She has a lot of needs and her care has been second to none.
She is happy and very well looked after.

Wonderfully supportive team at Loveday during a very difficult period. Of course a beautiful property but level of personal care was outstanding, not just in the day to day but also during transfers to and from hospital. Loveday made two their wonderful carers available to us until the very end and
we are all so grateful my Dad got to spend his last few weeks with your tremendous support. Thank you

I wanted post-operative support after a prostatectomy. Loveday's service is exemplary. All staff were a pleasure to interact with - from my initial enquiry to my departure after a six-night stay. All staff were professional, friendly, engaging and competent. The catering was excellent and the kitchen
couldn't do too much to meet my dietary needs.
I was most impressed and I don't hesitate to highly recommend Loveday, Abbey Road.

I have had both of my parents residing at Loveday for over a year now. It has been amazing to witness such dedication, care and personal engagement from all of the team towards both parents and their very different needs. The quality of the medical attention is superb and the kindness and humanity
with which they attend to both Mum and Dad, even in the intense moments that can occur, really has touched us as a family.

We knew that moving our aunt with dementia into a home was going to be difficult as she was not accepting of the fact that she needed help and didn't understand her situation. We had to make the move in her best interests without her full knowledge.
The staff were brilliant at managing her move into
Loveday. They were able to charm and distract her and even though there were difficult days, they always cared for her impeccably. The general manager, the nurses, the carers, the activity coordinators, the chefs, the reception staff and the domestic staff all took time to get to know and understand her. Loveday is an incredible place for someone with dementia.
She has been there over a year now and is so much more content than when she was struggling on at home. The staff:resident ratio is good and staff retention seems to be excellent. The staff are very dedicated and appear to genuinely enjoy the job. They have time to provide excellent and individualised care. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Loveday Abbey Road to anyone who is considering a home for a loved one. It really is like a 5-star hotel in my opinion. It is immaculately kept and the staff are kind, friendly and helpful.
I feel confident that my dearest friend is kept safe and looked after to the highest standards
in every way possible.
I cannot imagine anywhere that is more special for somebody who needs special to be in.
I especially would like to mention General Manager who is exceptional and it is so obvious that all her staff respect her and are devoted to her.

Excellent nursing home. My wife Jackie spent six weeks at Loveday Abbey Road in a garden-facing respite room on the 4th floor Sadly her stay was always going to be short because she was terminally ill with brain cancer. However the nursing and general care she received was excellent even though she
could be quite demanding. The staff were genuinely caring and generally responded to the call button within 5 minutes or so. The food was excellent and as a family we liked the fact that we could eat in with the resident downstairs or in her room or in the members' lounge where there were always complimentary hot and cold drinks. Think of Loveday as a 5 star all-inclusive hotel with friendly attentive staff and activities where every resident is special and you will not begrudge the cost.

I stayed at Loveday Abbey Road for 11 nights after an operation. It was so wonderful there, I didn't want to leave!
All the staff were amazing and so caring. The food was delicious. The facilities were excellent. The activities were fun. I even did karaoke and danced.
I felt relaxed, safe and so well
cared for. It was like being welcomed into a big family.
When I had down moments, the staff listened and talked with me, nobody was ever too busy.
Thank you to every single one of you at Loveday, it was a pleasure to stay with you.

I stayed at Loveday Abbey Road following a surgical procedure for 8 days. The facility is outstanding in all respects, care was first-class throughout my stay. The food was of restaurant standard and delicious, and I was fully accommodated due to intolerances, nothing was too much trouble. The nurses
provided excellent care, and all staff I met were friendly, professional, hard working and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Loveday Abbey Road and have nothing negative to say at all. It is an extremely well-run facility. If I need care of any description in the future I would return there.

Loveday Abbey Road is an outstandingly good care home with beautiful interiors and an exquisite garden. The food is wonderful and great care is given to providing meals which its residents and their visitors value. It has exceptionally dedicated staff and I feel very grateful that my mother, who has
dementia, has been a resident there for the past nine months. I found the process of moving her into residential care emotionally challenging and at every stage I was supported and it was evident that she and our family as a whole, would be treated with great sensitivity and kindness. With the gentle encouragement of all of the staff, she has engaged in the many activities available and is now extremely settled. For me to know that she is safe and is being beautifully looked after is a tremendous comfort. I looked at three other care homes when deciding where my mother might live and Loveday was in a different league. I would not hesitate to recommend it - it is such a special place.

I spent one night at Loveday Abbey Road following a surgical procedure in order to rest and receive post-op nursing care.
Loveday Abbey Road was such a pleasant experience from the moment I was met by one of the lovely carers escorting me safely from the clinic to Abbey Road.
The building itself was
beautiful, set in a lovely quiet location. As soon as I entered the care home I was greeted with smiling faces and I felt very welcomed indeed. I had a tour of the communal areas and a beautiful garden area where I could sit outside if I wanted. My room was exceptional, nicely furnished and very comfortable to relax after my surgery.
I was looked after by very lovely carers and nurses who made me feel so welcomed and cared for me throughout my stay. I only had to ask if I needed anything. I enjoyed lovely food during my stay and a peaceful night's rest.
My experience at Loveday Abbey Road was a very positive one and I highly recommend Abbey Road.

Loveday Abbey Road is a care home of exceptional quality. The interiors and garden are exquisite, and a warm welcome is provided by every member of the team. It's very clear that people love working in this setting and feel proud of the service they provide. Prior to admitting my relative, who had complex
physical needs, a care plan was established with meticulous attention to detail. Priority was given to nursing arrangements and we were introduced to the nursing team who were professional and kind. Regarding lifestyle preferences, every request was met in full.

As General Manager, I ensure not only the operation and day-to-day running of Loveday Abbey Road but also, most importantly, that this beautiful, state-of-the-art residence is a warm and happy home for every Member who chooses to live here.


Our highly skilled and caring team at Loveday Abbey Road is
devoted to consistently going above and beyond to creating the best environment, stimulation and care for our Members. We pay extraordinary attention to finding out what really matters to every individual and their physical and psychological wellbeing and implementing this in their daily routines. Above all, we seek to empower our Members to live the lives they want.


As a highly skilled, specialised residence, Loveday Abbey Road is utterly unique. I am proud that we
provide specialist care for Members with a huge range of needs, supported by so many incomparable elements, such as our wonderful therapeutic sensory garden and physiotherapy room.


I bring to this role my passion for care, enriched by a strong background in medicine and a deeply fulfilling career in care since 2005. I have also participated and contributed extensively to many dementia pilot projects to promote therapeutic approaches, interventions and innovations. I am grateful to have received national recognition for my commitment and contribution to dementia care, including
runner-up in the National Dementia Care Awards and the Dementia Champion Award.


Before joining our exceptional team at Loveday Abbey Road, I worked as the General Manager of Chelsea Court Place, Loveday’s first care home and the flagship residence in the Loveday portfolio. It has been a great honour to manage the UK’s first residential and day club dedicated to providing high end and compassionate dementia care, and I am privileged to have the opportunity to continue our
dedication to design and care innovation research at Loveday Abbey Road.
