Manor Field provides support for up to six adults with autism. Whilst primarily for those over the age of 18, the service can also accommodate 17-year-olds who are transitioning from Children’s Services and have been identified via the Transforming Care Agenda. Manor Field is ideally located close to local amenities and has good transport links to major bus routes, train stations and motorways, enabling service users to easily access the wider community.
Manor Field offers four en-suite bedrooms and two self-contained apartments which provide service users with a homely and relaxed atmosphere. There is also an extensive, secure garden where residents can enjoy time outdoors.
Those living at Manor Field receive person-centred support and activity plans, as well as one-to-one support if necessary. They are supported in pursuing academic and employment opportunities and encouraged to live as independently as possible.
