It was always going to be a difficult decision putting mum in a care home but the staff made the transition really easy for us. Covid lockdowns were handled well and with consideration for both residents and family. Mum has become very relaxed and happy and made some really nice relationships with the staff who are helpful and caring. It's a beautiful setting and we are very pleased.

I have been extremely happy with the care my father has been given - despite the lovely facilities I am aware this does not make a good home - but it is the staff's care and attention and Nesbit House excels at this. They genuinely have taken a lot of effort to get to know my dad and his ways. You can always talk to staff and raise any concerns and they always listen to you.

As soon as we stepped into Nesbit House, we felt it was the right place for our friend. The staff were very welcoming and understanding of our situation - they certainly weren't pushy. When we came to settle our friend in - which was quite emotional for us, they were again so kind and understanding. Since being a resident, she has been treated with kindness and respect. So pleased we found Nesbit House Care Home.

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions we have been unable to see inside the home - we can only visit my mother in the entrance cafe area. However, our impression is of a caring, homely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and caring, and we think that my mother couldn't be in a better place.

Nesbit House is outstanding! My Dad has been here for 18 months now and we're so happy we chose Nesbit House. Dad seems happy here, he's being looked after extremely well especially during the Covid virus. I know I can ring up anytime and find out anything I need to know about Dad. Staff are very friendly and approachable and couldn't help us any better when we visit. I'd recommend this home 100%. In fact, we've had 4 other people come to stay at Nesbit House due to our recommendation.

My very elderly frail mother arrived for respite care from hospital following a nasty fall. She has now been a resident for nearly three months and has not been as physically and mentally well for a long time. The staff work together in a holistic approach to create a homely atmosphere. They encourage residents to participate in organised activities, meal times etc, to enhance their well being but they also respect their need for quiet and privacy. Relatives of all ages are welcome and kept well informed. It is not possible to praise an individual member of staff, I would need to write a list.

Nesbit House opened in August 2019. From day one the staff have been fantastic and the quality of care is excellent. They have made what is inevitably a difficult transition for any family, a wonderful, loving experience - caring not just for our mother, but also for us as her family. The building (being brand new) and the facilities are also excellent.

Nesbitt House is a purpose-built care home in Badgers Mount which opened in September 2019. The rooms are just the right size for those suffering from memory loss or in need of personal care. I am very impressed with the facility. The staff are competent and very professional and the food is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this care home, either for residential or nursing needs. There is a cinema, hairdresser and a fully equipped bathroom, all beautifully set out.

Our Mum went into the newly opened Nesbitt House for respite care for 2 weeks. This is the first time she has been away from home for several years but she settled in quickly as all the staff looked after her so well. They were all so friendly, kind, professional and accommodating to both her needs and the needs of our family which helped alleviate any concerns we may have had. The home is new so everything is just so beautiful inside with lovely facilities including a spa bath and cinema room. Her room was spacious, light and airy and most importantly easy for her to get around. The dining area was lovely and served freshly cooked homemade meals which were always tasty and presented well. Mum always looked lovely when we visited as the homemakers took time to make sure her hair, nails and makeup were done giving her the respect and dignity she deserves. It is early days for Nesbitt but our first impression was excellent and our Mum is looking forward to her next stay. Thank You.
