Sharon is the manager at Oakeshott House. Her career began over 25 years ago in care, when she worked as a care assistant, then as a senior carer. Sharon then left care to go to university to become an adult general nurse. After completing training, she worked on the NHS bank, working in a variety of care settings within the NHS.
Sharon then moved into the private sector and was a staff nurse in a care home, where she got promoted to deputy manager. Sharon joined Morar Living at Oakeshott House on 23rd August 2021. Sharon was later promoted to manager of Oakeshott.
Sharon is proud of Oakeshott and all the staff who work hard every day to provide the best care to each resident. The home has great links in the community and is supported by families. The home always feels welcoming and homely from the minute you walk in the door.
Renata Taraskiewicz is the deputy manager at Oakeshott House. With a strong clinical background and a clear commitment to person-centred care, Renata brings both leadership experience and hands-on expertise to her role.
Renata began her career in care in 2004, working as a Care Assistant before progressing to senior care. Driven by a passion to develop her clinical knowledge further and provide the highest standards of care, she undertook a nursing degree in 2015 and qualified as an Adult Nurse in 2018.
Following her qualification, Renata gained valuable experience within NHS settings, strengthening her clinical judgment and understanding of complex care needs. She later returned to the private care sector, where she progressed through leadership roles including Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and Multi-Site Deputy Manager.
In November 2024, Renata Joined Morar Living as a Deputy Manager at Oakeshott House. Her core priority is always the residents – ensuring they receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.
Renata is passionate about creating a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued, supported and truly at home.
Margaret is a dedicated Deputy Manager working within Care of the Elderly, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
In her role, Margaret supports the Care Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service while ensuring that residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care at all times.
She oversees staff inductions and conducts regular supervision to support professional development, promote best practice, and maintain high standards of care delivery. Margaret works closely with the team to provide guidance, leadership, and support, helping to create a positive working environment where both staff and residents feel valued.
Margaret's focus is on ensuring our residents’ individual needs are met through excellent care, effective teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement within the service.
Lauren is the administrator at Oakeshott House and has worked in administration for the past 10 years. Lauren completed her administration and business apprenticeship with a gas and electricity company at 17 and gained her Level 3 SVQ in business & admin within 6 months.
She has always had a passion for caring for people, and joining Morar in April 2025 marked her first step into the care sector. Lauren feels it has been such a rewarding and meaningful experience so far, and she truly loves what she does at Oakeshott.
From the moment she joined Oakeshott, she felt welcomed and supported and quickly felt like she belonged. Lauren has built a strong and trusting relationship with both residents and their families, which means so much to her. Every day brings a new learning experience, and she looks forward to continuing her journey and growing future at Oakeshott.
