From the moment my friend moved in, he felt he has done the right thing. The staff are genuinely caring towards all residents. I visit every day and I can see they go above and beyond to ensure comfort and happiness. This is a new home. Residents are moving in gradually and obviously staff are getting a bit busier every day. Hopefully they will be recruiting more staff soon as the waiting times for shaving in the morning and the meals, residents are waiting a bit long at present. However it is the best care home I come across in the past 2 years (I visited a few). Great rooms, library fantastic and cinema and also great food! I recommend Park Manor care home to everyone who has a loved one needing help. The staff are the best!
Thank you for your kind feedback, I am so pleased that your friend feels he has made the right decision to move into Park Manor. The team have taken great pleasure in getting to know him and build positive relationships not only with him but you too. Your comments have been noted regarding...
I visited Manor home for their Easter event with the residents, and it was genuinely a lovely experience. The home has everything you could ask for and is suited in a majestic manor with beautiful grounds. The staff are both welcoming and attentive towards the residents and visitors, they remember all the small details and just very hospitable. I look forward to returning and participating in more activities with the residents.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. I am so glad that you enjoyed our Easter event and had a lovely experience. The team will be delighted to hear that you enjoyed the time spent with us and I sincerely hope that you join us for many of our planned events in the future - you are always welcome.
We could not ask for better home for dad, its such a Lovely place with restaurant overlooking gardens (waiter service) and home cooked delicious meals.
Rooms are full with light and fresh air, stunning Dinning Rooms on each floor, Library Room/Activities, Cinema Room, Hair and Nail Saloon. Gardens with breath taking views and so much outdoor space for residents to enjoy. Dad enjoys playing domino and chess with us when we visit or with staff.
We have been through a lot heartache with dad in recent year so knowing that he is finally settling in, its such a comfort to us.
And most important of all that they take really good care of dad and we can relax knowing that his needs are met.
Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback, it is valued and appreciated by all the team at Park Manor. The team will be thrilled to hear that you are satisfied with the care and support that your father is receiving. We were delighted that you chose Park Manor and trusted the...
My Father has been at Manor Life for approximately a month now. For anyone looking for residential care for a loved one then this is the place to be. Manor Life is outstanding. The care my father receives is second to none. Each and everyone of the staff be it day time or night time show such depth of care it is just joyous to see. The whole team centres their work around the residents, nothing is to much trouble. Right down to the care assistants the nurses, cleaners, back office staff, reception, chefs and kitchen staff, I couldn't have wished better for my father. I can leave after visiting knowing that he is safe. It is quite apparent that the manager of manor life had got things right in running this business. Every member of staff is such an asset and saying thank you quite simply isn't enough. Please know this, I am so very grateful for all that everyone at manor life does and each and every one of you deserve a huge pat on the back you are just awsome

I write today to say I cannot praise highly enough the care my mum received in her final days at Park Manor Care Home.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, Mum's every wish and desire and that of her family, were met without question or delay. Mum was made to feel at home straight away and a member of the Park Manor Family, such was the personal level of the care she received.
At all times, everyone was attentive, jolly, patient, focused and caring. I cannot think of a better place in Poole and the surrounding area for Mum to have been. A truly remarkable home: one where I would not hesitate sending other family members or even staying myself if the occasion ever arose.
Take care all at Park Manor, you are all forever in my thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback. The team were so happy to be able to meet your Mother and her wonderful family, whilst it is with sadness that the team did not have the opportunity to have longer with her whilst she was at Park Manor it was evident that she was a truly remarkable lady and...
The whole team have been amazing, supporting & caring for Dad, they have met every need, gone over & above to ensure his comfort, safety & happiness. The are professional yet caring & empathic, their communication with me around Dad was exemplary, their multi disciplinary working with external medical teams was fab - they really do care
An elegant setting, spacious rooms, homely communal areas, the welcome, as a visiting relative was always warm - nothing was too much for anyone in the team. The atmosphere was a happy one, stimulating & engaging activities - one member of staff even writing Dad's memoirs as a legacy
I highly recommend Park Manor

My husband arrived at Park Manor in February 2025. End of life care provided, staff are all amazing, friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing too much trouble. Room is lovely and spacious with personal wet room, enabling sitting down shower. Menus and food are all excellent. My husband is treated with dignity and his individual needs are very well catered for. Couldn't ask for a better placement, like a home from home. Made a very difficult decision feel it was for the best - Park Manor are so supportive to my husband, son and I - Thank You.
Thank you for your wonderful and positive review. I am so glad that your husband has settled well at Park Manor, it has certainly been lovely to have the opportunity to get to know him and build positive relationships, not just with him but his supportive family also. Your comments and feedback...

Hello, my name is Claudia Carvell. By background, I am a Registered Nurse and have spent over 30 years working within the NHS in a variety of clinical settings, including acute medicine, elderly care and palliative medicine.
I have over 14 years of experience as a General Manager within care homes, and I am passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care to all our residents.
My previous homes have all been rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC, and I am incredibly proud to be supporting the team and all our residents at Park Manor.

Interim Clinical Lead

My name is Jenni, and I am the Lead Administrator at Park Manor. Over the past three years, I have gained valuable experience working as an Administrative Assistant at a luxury care home, as well as with Dorset Council in a team dedicated to facilitating patient transitions from hospitals. Initially, I had reservations about entering the care sector, but I quickly discovered my passion for it and loved being part of a team that is there to care.
Joining Park Manor has been an exciting time, and I am eager to witness the beginnings of our journey and to help create a wonderful home for our residents. I believe a care home should embody the warmth of a family atmosphere, where both the team and residents feel like one big family. I eagerly anticipate welcoming all our new residents.

I am a local person and was born in Poole. I have worked as a receptionist for over 20 years. I am excited to be working at Park Manor and gaining the post of receptionist this is a brand-new chapter for me and working and being part of the wonderful team here. I also have a British shorthair cat called Audrey I adore her and she makes me smile.

My name is Louise, I am the Senior Nurse at Park Manor. I have been in the care profession since 2005 and a qualified Nurse since 2009. My main background has been in hospital-based care, but I decided to challenge myself and work in the private sector. I love my job, care for others and gain a lot of job satisfaction in making my residents smile. I love animals, colouring diamond art and cooking in my spare time.

Hi, I'm Nat, I am the Activities Manager at Park Manor. My previous experience is in art and I studied at Bournemouth University. I previously worked as an Activity Team Leader within my previous home within the local area. I'm passionate about creating enriching experiences that promote mindfulness, well-being, and creativity. I design activities that foster connection and personal growth, aiming to cultivate a positive environment that enhances the lives of our residents.

My name is Martyn, I am the Maintenance Manager at Park Manor. I have many years of maintenance experience, ranging from being a site manager of a junior school in the local area for many years prior to moving to the hospitality industry and joining a maintenance team of a luxury 5-star hotel in Hampshire.
Park Manor is a lovely building, and I am committed to ensuring that the residents’ beautiful home is maintained.
