This is like my home and I really enjoy being here. I have a very large room and I love it. The staff here are very helpful and they cook really good food, including Asian food that I like. Thank you to the staff and management.

Great staff, residents seem happy. My mum appears well cared for. Can only praise the staff. All very friendly, patient and caring. At times, can seem a little too full. Also, a garden area would be good. Would be nice if sitting outside in the fresh air were an option.

The Home does have a garden at the front of the building next to the car park. Residents and their relatives are free to it at any time. Chairs and tables are provided with umbrellas in the summer. Also, there is a range of beautiful flowers planted in the summer.

I'm impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. The managers, the carers and their time, they just get on with their duties.
Everybody is treated with the respect they expect.

I visited this care home with a friend, to see her grandmother. They had a barbeque at the time and a lot of residents were enjoying the good weather. I have no experience with care homes but it looked quite welcoming and there was no smell whatsoever. I was not expecting it because there are a lot
of bad stories about care homes. Also, the staff were very nice and pleasant.

Pranam Care Centre has been looking after my mother for the past few months. This is for assessment and on a short-term basis at present, however, the care has been so good that we are considering making this stay permanent. All members of staff have been very helpful and have helped my mother throughout
this transition. They have also been available to speak to members of the family at all times and I feel my mother is being very well taken care of.

Highly offensive odour possibly drains, and standard of hygiene is very poor. Care staff didn't seem to know their residents and lack of staff is evident. Lack of activities means my loved one is left sitting all day long with no stimulation. Very sad to see this.

Caring, patient and professional staff. Always clean and tidy. My father settled down quickly after joining the care home. The staff are always ready to help the residents and his family.
