Overall Experience

My father has been at Ribble Court for five months now and from my first initial visit I have nothing but praise for the staff, the care is excellent, the building is brand new and the facilities are 5 star. My father settled as soon as he moved in and this is due to the lovely welcoming attitude the staff have towards him, they treat him as an individual and are attentive to his needs and requests. They are also very good at liaising with me regarding all issues of his health and there is always someone available to speak to when I go to visit. My first instinct when I went to look round with a view to my father becoming a resident at Ribble Court was ‘ this is the place I want for him to be cared for and be happy ‘ and it is certainly ticking all the boxes.
