Beautiful, clean home. Caring staff. Always willing to help, have a buzzer to press if I need assistance. The home is like a hotel.

Very good care home with plenty of activities to take part in. Food and rooms are excellent and care staff are very good in looking after residents.

Very pleasant care home, staff very friendly and attentive. Care home is bright and fresh. Staff keen and motivated to help. Only negative point is that some furniture is damaged and does not match - not something I would personally have in my room, however this is a personal opinion!

A care plan was put in place which covers all of his individual needs and the home is well managed and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for care for a relative.

The staff looked after me and I couldn't thank them enough. The staff were always on point with their duties and they interacted with the patients really well.

My dad was made very welcomed and the team got him settled in very quickly. Nothing was a problem for them and my dad was treated with exceptional care, respect, and love. It was a relief for the family knowing that he was in such a safe and caring environment.

Unfortunately, after only three weeks my dad's health condition suddenly deteriorated and he passed away with me by his side. The genuine care and compassion of all the staff for us at this time was excellent and they ensured dad was comfortable, in no pain and was allowed to pass away with dignity. Thank you to the Manager and the full team.

I have been going to The Grange for over 7 months now as a volunteer. My passion is knitting and I have enjoyed both teaching non-knitters and rekindling the skills for those who haven't knit for some time. Sometimes we do more chatting than knitting but that is also nice. The home is a friendly and happy place and is spotlessly clean. All of the staff that I have met have been very caring, helpful and professional at all times. I look forward to my weekly visits and long may they continue. If I were to need residential care then The Grange would be my first choice. Well done to all the staff.

I've been going to the care home for over six months to visit my brother. I've found all staff to be very helpful and professional. My brother has made some improvements to his health whilst being at The Grange. Overall, I am very happy with the level of care provided by The Grange.

When he is away from home, he sometimes can not wait to get back to the safe and secure environment of his new home. That speaks volumes for the care and compassion of The Grange. Thanks for helping over the difficult past few months.

My sister has been a resident of The Grange since October 2022. On my first visit to view the home, I was very much impressed with the information provided by the staff, I was given a guided tour of the home and all questions were answered. From the manager, carers, admin and all the other staff at the home, myself, family and my sister are treated with respect. My sister is cared for with compassion and kindness and is settled and happy in her new home.

My wife went into this Care Home initially for a respite break; however, she will now be staying there on a permanent basis. The premises are spotlessly clean, welcoming and more like a decent hotel than anything else. The staff are brilliant, happy and caring. The food menus are extensive and give a good choice of food for the residents. It has wide corridors and open lounges on both floors and the dining rooms look like something out of a bistro pub - very nice. Decor is pleasant and cheerful. All in all, a good choice for looking after my wife and visitors are welcome at any time.

My mam had a flood at home and needed temporary accommodation while a new bathroom was fitted. We chose The Grange as it was close by and had been recommended. Mam is 91 years young and stayed for four nights and was well looked after while there. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and kept a good check on her. The food was good and Mam put on a little weight while in there which is all good. Very clean and bright and Mam enjoyed the company of really friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend this lovely care home.

Mum stayed at The Grange while my partner and I had a short holiday. The room was lovely and very clean. The whole care home was extremely clean and bright with really nice furnishings throughout. Caring staff. Very good care - before she stayed there, we had a home visit by the manager to find out all about Mum. Mum would be happy to have respite again at The Grange.
