West Hill Care Home is a stunning, new, luxury-affordable care home in the heart of Dartford, Kent. The home provides person-centred residential, nursing, respite and dementia care. Their primary aim is to provide independence, dignity and care in a home designed with residents’ needs in mind.

The purpose-built home offers state-of-the-art facilities. Spread over four floors, with lift access, each resident has their own beautifully decorated bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each floor also has an assisted bathroom where residents can enjoy therapeutic colour and music as well as massage and aromatherapy.

Further facilities include an on-site hair salon with full hairdressing service, a treatment room and nail bar, and a vintage-style cinema. The home features several cosy dining rooms and lounges, with rustic fireplaces and their own lifestyle kitchens to support each resident to really feel at home and to maintain their personal independence. Here, residents can socialise and take part in the home’s busy schedule of activities and entertainment. Residents are supported to continue with existing hobbies and interests and to try new experiences.

Lovely inside, everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. All of them welcomed my mum and us on her first day. Mum loves it, she says it's better than any hotel she has been to. All of that makes the rest of the family very happy. We are glad she is in good hands. Great place to stay and visit.

My mum came to West Hill Care Home from hospital. She really didn’t want to go into a care home. But after being there a couple of days said she loved it there and didn’t want to go home. My mother also said how everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful and have made her feel so welcomed.


As her

daughter, I can also say how friendly and helpful all the staff are. It’s like Mum is staying in a 5* hotel.
I cannot fault anything!

My mother and father in law came to the home in July for a short stay to try the home. They have loved the care and attention that they are receiving from the great team. Daily activities and the interaction with other residents has put a new spring in their step! The team at West Hill Care Home could
not do more for them and they have felt so welcome they have decided to stay on! We get to see them every day and loved the family barbecue day! It was nice to see them having such fun! The facilities are excellent, including jacuzzi baths it feels more like a luxury hotel. Thank you so much West Hill care home.

I have been rather impressed with the quality of respite care provided to my father at the lovely care home by the highly experienced carers. There is nothing that is too much for them and they're always happy to assist. The level of personal care provided to my father has been excellent - he seems
to be walking lots more, eating better, and generally looks healthier. The most important thing is that I know he is safe, happy and in great hands.

Mum seems to have been very happy here during her respite care while I was away on holiday. Staff are very helpful and seem to have a good rapport with Mum. The home is clean and tidy and well maintained.

I have been extremely happy with the experience both me and my father has had so far with all the staff at West Hill Care home. The manager and his team of carers has made my father feel very comfortable and safe during his respite care here. I would recommend this home to family and friends looking

Mum has recently moved into this lovely new home, the whole process was very smooth and efficient. All the care team and management have been amazing at helping her settle in and keeping her entertained. The facilities are excellent, including a salon and cinema. Rooms are a very good size and standard
with private bathroom, lovely terrace area to sit out side. very pleased that she will be getting the best possible care and this time of her life.

Mum came into Care home 14th June for a 4-week trial, she is very happy and has decided to stay. Staff are kind and very caring, they feel like friends. The care home is like a 5-star hotel with hairdressers and a beauty room, also a cinema room. We could not have found a better home for Mum. I visit
most days and I am always made very welcome and all staff are happy and chatty.

The staff in this beautifully decorated new care home are looking after my mother since she found it too difficult to cope with long periods on her own.
She seems very happy there, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
The home has an attractive outdoor courtyard, which is lovely when the sun
is out.

The care home is a lovely place to be. The staff are always bright, cheerful and caring. The food is lovely, tea and coffee are always on offer, the communal rooms are air-conditioned, which makes a pleasant environment. My mum is very happy here and is keen to stay past her trial period.
