My daughter went to Wings at the beginning of June so although she’s only been there a month the good feeling I got from it when I first viewed it months prior to her transition has not changed. The staff are friendly and approachable. They make me feel welcome every time I visit my daughter and they
have already got a clear picture of her needs. It is very hard as a mother to have to trust strangers with our children but I can honestly trust that she is being well looked after. My instincts tell me that by the way the staff are with her and also the way my daughter is with them - I often joke by saying can I move into the flat next door - but seriously my daughter is happy and settled in really well. I know she hasn't been there long but I have faith and hope that Wings can manage her long-term.

My son moved into lilac Cottage in June 2017. As parents, this was an extremely difficult and hard decision to make.We wanted our son to experience new opportunities and independence. He settled in immediately he loves living there and being around people his own age. With the support from ALL staff,
we are slowly coming to terms with our son being independent from home. We look at this as a positive step for our son.

Wings Care is an extremely professional company. All family has liaised with all staff and each and everyone cares for my grandson to the highest standard possible. They're setting the bench mark for the rest of the care company's. My grandson is a new man, with all his needs met and dignity and respect
and choices given at all times.
