Tickled Pink music and memories at St Winifreds Care Home

Five times a year, we are delighted to welcome Tickled Pink Productions to our Care Home in Deal — and they never fail to impress us! Their performances are always packed with lively song and dance numbers, dazzling quick costume changes and plenty of fun!

Last Monday’s visit was no exception. This time, we were transported into the story of Bert the dustman and his wife Dolly. After discovering a winning racing ticket, the pair found themselves moving from Lambeth Walk to a more glamorous part of town. But despite their new surroundings, they soon realised how much they missed their old life — and happily returned home.

With classic songs such as My Old Man’s a Dustman, Knees Up Mother Brown and The Lambeth Walk, we couldn’t resist singing along and dancing in our chairs. Some of us even joined in the fun by wearing feather boas and sparkling top hats!

A big thank you to the fantastic Tickled Pink performers — we had such a memorable afternoon!
