We are delighted to announce that Charmaine Foster has been shortlisted for best activity co-ordinator at this year's Dementia Care Awards!
According to Dementia Care Awards, the Activity Co-Ordinator Award recognises activity leaders who make a meaningful difference to the lives of people living with dementia through innovation, creativity, compassion, and person-centred care. It celebrates those who go above and beyond to create engaging experiences and enhance wellbeing for individuals affected by dementia.
Please join us in congratulating Charmaine on this fantastic achievement and wishing her the very best of luck when she represents Palm Court Nursing Home at the awards ceremony in June.
We are incredibly proud of her dedication, passion, and the positive impact she continues to make every day with team as our Well-Being Co-Ordinator and Activities Lead, supporting our residents and their families at Palm Court.
Well done Charmaine!
