Visited on 4th April 2026 around 2pm as a family of 3. We met our relative very unkept. She appeared as she was taken out from bed on our arrival. We were kept on the hall way and so not able to see where they brought her from. We were told they were getting her ready and they will bring her out to
a private room. She was smelling of urine, her pad and clothes were soaked wet and she looked very unkept. Her leg bandage also soaked wet. No socks but staff brought soaks for her. I asked if i can be given clothes and pad to change her bur the staff said they will do it. It took them nearly 45 minutes before they responded. They changed her skirt, put a hat on but she still she smell of urine. She was not talking freely to us when we asked her questions like if she had eaten today, was washed and when does she get out of bed. Very disappointed.

Not a positive experience. Needs experienced staff and senior members of staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Residents sitting around doing nothing. I regret ever sending my mum there. Fortunately, I transferred my mum to another care home.
