Overall Experience

This is a home away from home for my mum, who has dementia. All you want is for your parent to be safe and to be treated with love and respect. And that's what you get at manor Lodge. I don't have to worry about anything - all my mums needs are catered for. The staff here are all amazing - so, so patient. My mum despite her health issues, is thriving here. She has put on weight. And that's all down to the care she receives.

Overall Experience

We have found this care home very welcoming and are happy to have my mother 'A Dementia' patient staying here. The care given to our mum is excellent and we have always found my mother happy and in good spirits. The staff are also very cooperative and caring. They have lots of activities for the residents. The care home is well managed.

Mum joined Manor Lodge Care Home in July 2025. She is happy, settled, feels safe and is well looked after. The carers are all very kind and attentive, taking good care of her. They are a lovely, supportive team who get to know all the residents personally.

My family was very satisfied with Manor Lodge staff care service. My mother has language barrier and always lived in Sri Lanka. That is why is it very hard for her to adapt to a new environment in the UK. But this care home was very helpful and supportive and makes it safe for her. We thank you for the staff kindness and caring during this hard situation. We are trying our best to provider her wishes.

Overall Experience

Manor Lodge looked after my father for over 4 years until he passed away. Now they're looking after my mother. The quality of care continues to be exceptional. I would not have taken her anywhere else.

The change I have seen in my sister since she moved into Manor Lodge has been unbelievable. She's eating more, drinking and is responsive and alert. All things that were previously deteriorating when she was living alone in her own house. She's now back to being the person she used to be.
