Stanborough lodge is a lovely care home, the staff are always busy and every staff member is lovely and welcoming they always offer me and my little boy drinks and biscuits. I've been going during the heatwaves and they've kept it nice and cool and I've seen the residents having ice lollies on a few occasions. All the residents seem happy and there kept busy with activities today they were making bracelets for friendship day which was lovely to see last week they were up dancing to old classics, we look forward to our visits each week.

My auntie June has been a resident since December 2025, since she went in she's eating well and put weight which was needed, she has lots of company, she used to hate being lonely, it's lovely to see the bond she has with the residents and staff, its also nice to see her joining in with the activities, staff are always friendly and welcoming , Stanborough Lodge is a lovely care home, it doesn't feel like a care home and feels more like a family home, I would recommend!

I found management and staff very caring and understanding, since my wife was admitted to Cams Ridge, she has become more settled and very comfortable with the staff, although she can have an off day they still treat her with dignity. I visit her most days and it is very comforting to see the care they give to the other residents as each one has their own problems. The food and entertainment and surroundings inside and out has to be recommended. Myself and four daughters are very happy my wife is in the right place.

This is a home away from home for my mum, who has dementia. All you want is for your parent to be safe and to be treated with love and respect. And that's what you get at manor Lodge. I don't have to worry about anything - all my mums needs are catered for. The staff here are all amazing - so, so patient. My mum despite her health issues, is thriving here. She has put on weight. And that's all down to the care she receives.

The place overall is excellent, staff friendly + seem very caring. The facilities + attention given cannot be faulted + cannot give them enough praise for what they all do. We are all at ease knowing our family member is being well cared for. All the residents seem contented + happy

St Anthony's look after my mother very well and cater for all her needs which keeps us as family happy, as we were struggling. Mum seems content here and gets involved with activities which the care home does often. All her medical needs are catered for and I am always kept informed. Mum interacts well with the staff and other residnets. So far so good.

My Aunt looks well care for, Staffs are very attentive to her care needs.

The staff work very hard to provide great support to residents. They are all polite and kind.

I would like to thank Jo and all the staff at Stanborough Lodge for the care they provided to my mum. all the staff were very respectful in the way cared for residents and towards visitors. We were always kept up to date and contacted when needed. I was very appreciative of the advice, care and support provided by jo and all her team.

My mother is very well looked after at Westlands. The staff are very friendly and caring They are always attentive at all times. She could not be in a better Place.

Mum has been at Westlands Care Home for 2 years now and has settled in very well. All the staff are very dedicated and always interact with her. Whenever we visit she seems very content. There are always different activities and entertainment on. We would highly recommend Westlands Care Home.

We could not be more grateful to all the staff at Westlands. My mother in law is a resident and her health increased massively since she lived at Westland. There is always entertainment going on and she is so well looked after. It was the best thing we could have done choosing Westland as we live overseas and we know she is safe and enjoys it there.

Mum has been in residency for over 18 months. Her care has been exemplary over this period with staff showing great compassion and patience when interacting with her and other residents. There is always something going on in terms of activity and entertainment. I would recommend Westlands if you are looking in the area for care for a loved one.
