We will be sure to share your comments with them.We acknowledge your concerns regarding the handling of care fees following your mother's passing. While our policy is outlined in the contract-and reflects standard practice within the care sector-we recognise how difficult and distressing it can be to navigate such matters during a time of bereavement.Please be assured that we are taking your feedback seriously. We will be reflecting carefully on how we can improve our processes and communication around financial matters. Regarding the ICB/NHS funding, the outcome was determined by the Local Authority and NHS Continuing Healthcare team. As such, the final decision was beyond our control.Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention and for your kind words about our care.
