I would like to thank and congratulate the whole staff from management to cleaners for the professional, clean, compassionate way my father has been looked after over the last two years and three months that he has been a resident. The nurses and caregivers treat my father with care, respect, patience and love. I am extremely grateful for all they do.

Took my parents to visit my auntie today very welcoming staff asked us if we would like a cup of t or coffee my mum and I had cup of t , activities assistant came and chatted to us and we talked about my aunt . Took some photos for us of myself family and aunt . My aunt seems as happy as she can be bless her very happy with her care

Berehill house is a wonderful care home. My Wife has been living there for just over 3 years. She is very happy living there. The manager is superb and spends time talking with me when I visit. My wife has a lovely room. The care staff are brilliant as are the activities staff! In fact I would say the staff are led by a brilliant manager and they all do a fantastic job!

Not disappointed at all, Beautiful Looking Home, Fantastically Clean, Very Well Presented, Loads of Areas to Relax & Chill, Fresh & Airy. The Staff couldn't have been more warm & welcoming. We're very happy with his new home.

The home is very nice. It is good.

The whole home is brilliant. This is 100% percent better than where my partner was before.

The nurses are very caring. The carers are very kind as well. The care home is lovely and clean. The food is excellent. The activities are very enjoyable.

Staff are lovely, the care they provide is amazing ! My mum eats very well there. The staff work very hard. The room my mum stays in is a little tiered the only thing they don't have is a fully working disabled toilet as I am in a wheel chair so cannot stay to long to visit.

The staff at Berehill are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the residents and their loved ones. From the housekeeping to the care home manager their focus is on giving the residents the best care they can.

Bere hill care home is amazing, they look after all the residents wonderfully, they are all so caring, the food is amazing, the care wonderful, the activities brilliant, they go out on day trips which is so important to the residents, they take time to sit and chat to them all

I'm really impressed with the food offerings for my mum who has small appetite and has puréed food. She seems very happy and we noticed a significant improvement after she moved in.

The staff communication to myself is clear, regular and makes me feel involved. I am made to feel so welcome when I visit my mother and I can see the compassion given to every resident.

We couldn't find a better care home if we tried.

The staff and the care my mum receives at Berehill is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. They always make us very welcome when we visit and go above and beyond to ensure mum is looked after, even though with dementia that can have its challenges. I know I can call day or night if needed to get peace of mind. Thank you to all the staff for all your care and compassion.
