The food is of a good standard, with varied menus and choices. Mum wants to return home to be with my dad but I am sure she will definitely miss everyone at Westerley when she does.

packets were difficult to undo the butter pats like oil. Non-commital over the worship times and "activities" But appreciated early cup of tea, care staff checking through the night 5* for baths!!

everybody seems to enjoy themselves, always something going on. Great activities and outings for them to enjoy. I am happy that my mum is too.

are amazing, they are local people of varying ages, male and female. Nothing was too much trouble and we've always pleasant, courteous, obliging and cheerful. One year six weeks, I never heard a cross word, heard them complain, express frustration. They had a lovely approach to the older and dependent resident. I was greatly moved by what I saw and heard. They were a great team, needing little management.

I was always made to feel welcome. The home is just like home, with a feeling of peace and warmth. I would recommend it 100% to anyone. Thank you.
