My husband was admitted to the willows on a respite period. I find the staff and the management team very caring, they support me with the admission process. My husband was so happy during the stay that he did not want to go back home. The food was to his expectation and he enjoyed doing daily group activities. I will highly recommend willows for a pleasant stay for your elderly ones.

Excellent staff who are always doing their best for William sometimes under difficult circumstances.

The nursing home is very clean and all staff are friendly. They greet you as you arrive and check regular on my father. I've noticed how peaceful and content my father seems. He ahs only recently moved here but we are happy. Also the food they they give seems very wholesome and healthy. Staff listen to us and as my father is frail and blind, they are very patient with him and explain what they doing before they do it.

Staff at Willows Nursing Home have been amazing with my dad (who has alzimers) They are most compassionate and we are forever gratful.

I thank all the staff for all the hard work in looking after Clarissa, they have been brilliant and very caring all the time, everything I've seen has been perfect she could not be in a better place and the valentine lunch was really great and they could not have done more I'm lost for words how great they all are thank you!

Friendly, polite staff. Clean rooms mum seems generally happy, always well feed quiet spacious rooms parking for visitors. No issues really.

The Willows is a very friendly & inviting nursing home. My uncle appeal to be well looked after. Staff is friendly at all times. From the outside, the place looks dated, although a new floor with rooms are build, looking inviting with large windows. At the end of the day, its all about the staff, which is excellent. The only comment (coming from my uncle) is that the meals are not very varied. So maybe something to look into & offer european dishes.

My husband is well looked after, and it makes me happy to see him in this environment.

My brother was very comfortable in hi chair, had his drink with no problem.

I am very pleased with the care and attention provided to my mother over the period of time that she has stayed with the home - some two years. She is well looked after and despite being old and fragile, she enjoys the carers' company.

So glad we chose The Willows to look after my mother. First class care with the very best of qualified friendly staff. We are always made welcome when we visit, and mum is looked after in a caring loving environment.

Since my mum has been at The Willows I have had no concerns regarding her care. Every time I come to see her she is safe, clean and appears well looked after. Meals are cooked in-house which is warm and welcoming. The manager is always very proactive, and involved very much in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
