Care Home Owned by Cardinal Healthcare in London

Since my mum has been at The Willows I have had no concerns regarding her care. Every time I come to see her she is safe, clean and appears well looked after. Meals are cooked in-house which is warm and welcoming. The manager is always very proactive, and involved very much in the day-to-day running

It is encouraging to see Dad sit in the main lounge with other residents. Overall he appears to be calmer since he has been at The Willows. My father was admitted to the home, suffering from dementia and a host of medical and mobility issues. Staff are professional and friendly and an engaging environment is provided for the residents. On occasions when my father required urgent medical attention, the staff acted quickly and efficiently.
