Carer Callum is an exception to this home! Is very attentive and goes above and beyond for my grandad and myself and other family members when we visit. Always gets issues solved immediately and always asks if we are okay and need anything. He always comes and says hello if he sees us, and updates on
any issues about grandad if needed, and asks another member of staff if he's not sure on something. Hes always happy and delightful! Give yourself a pat on the back for all your hard work! My nanny is also a resident here and here and I can say the same for her when we visit also!

Mum is recieving the 24hr care she so desperately needs. The staff are attentive and careful with her. She is treated with respect and friendship. I know she's better here than staying at home and at risk.

All staff were amazing and help us so much . Always asking us if we wanted tea and coffee and answering all our questions. Mum was so looked after and fed well . Her room was always clean and her cloths cleaned every day . Definitely recommend here .

I have always found the home to be bright, caring and a happy place to be. The staff from the manager to the carers, cleaners, kitchen staff and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly.. Nothing seems to much for anyone. If they don't know something, they find out as quickly as they are able.

My Mum has been here since 23rd May 2025 and has settled in well. All the staff are amazing, can't do enough for Mum or me and my family when we visit.
The food is so good and the great thing is for £2 I can stay for a 2 course meal. .
The home is always clean and fresh and I can't rate them highly
enough, I love visiting Mum and the staff are so friendly and welcoming .

I came in to see my husband this afternoon and I have to say a massive thankyou to you all. He didn't know me to start with which I always find sad. He was ok after a few minutes. I always feel so cared for when I come to see him. You and your staff are brilliant. Just as you were with my sister . I
always feel that with you all I have one big family which is very important. I miss him so much but I know that he is getting the best attention from you all. For that I cannot thank you enough. I was worried when mum first went into care with her having lived so independently, but the staff soon welcomed her and made her feel comfortable and at home. She enjoys the large variety of activities, and there is something for everyone, no matter their ability. All of the staff are lovely and work
with dignity and respect, and everything they do is in the best interest of every resident. The home has given mum a new lease of life, and it is lovely to see her thriving again.

I am really happy that I found Nightingale Care Home for my Mum in March 2023. All the staff have been so kind, patient, and caring and I get updates on any health issues. The staff were genuinely fond of my Dad, who also joined Mum at Nightingale and they enjoyed living in a twin room together, but
sadly he got aspiration pneumonia connected to his dementia.
There are often improvements to the home - inside and outside - and it is always clean, tidy and very warm. I like that the food menu has photos as well which is helpful for some residents. The daily activities and trips out are really welcome although Mum has sight issues so can't engage as much.
The food and regular drinks and snacks are all excellent quality.
Overall, I am really happy that my Mum is being looked after so well and made to feel at home. Thanks to the whole team.

My husband has been in Nightingale Care Home since mid-March this year. I cannot express enough the care and consideration that he has been shown. It is a valuable asset when you can know your relative is being cared for as they are here. As a family, we are so pleased that the care in this Home is

Cannot fault Walsham Grange so far. My grandad is so well looked after, the staff always know what is happening with him, always have his best interests at heart, and are chatty, kind, compassionate and thoughtful.
Managers are absolutely amazing; this care home is obviously well-led and compassion
is at the forefront of what they do. They can’t do more to help the families also. Thank you for everything you do!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming and willing to listen and help from a family member's perspective. Staff show a kind caring nature with residents, never rushing them, language can seem a barrier but the body language shown by carers looks caring. May benefit from some dementia training as I do
hear staff question residents and use some negative terms when perhaps could be avoided however Nice to see regular committed activities Staff this is so important.
The appearance of the grounds and decor improving nicely which is improving the feel of the place but some regular garden maintenance would be even better. I'm sure families would help.

My mother decided to go into a home in her late nineties. The Limes was recommended by a close friend whose mother had been a resident. Following a respite care stay, she decided to move in. The home is all about the residents, and the staff are kind and friendly. My mother enjoyed all the activities
when she can. As she is now in her 100th year, she needs more help, and the staff are very important to my mother now, and we cannot fault them.
