I always feel welcome every time I visit my Mum, the staff are very helpful, honest and kind. My Mum's room is always clean and tidy. Some staff go the extra mile to help Mum and engage her in activities and try and encourage her to communicate more. I am pleased everyone is trying to improve the outside
area because the grounds are amazing and it seems a shame not to use them more.
