My mother stayed here for end of life care, there was no stress as you would have had in a hospital. I found her comfortable and kept in a clean condition. Pleasant room with a television if she wanted it. Drinks and food were offered. Caring and hard working staff, we could not have asked for more
under the upsetting circumstances.

I quickly got the impression that this was a very well run Care Home, security was good and who ever let me in was always extremely welcoming. My wife had dementia and mobility issues, she spent most of her time in bed but she often seemed content and comfortable tucked up in clean white bed sheets.
I think you have to be a very special person to work in a Care Home and the management team have gathered around themselves a small army of such people.

I found the care of my husband excellent. His complex needs were attended to with a smiling face always, and dealt with practically. He always said to me how wonderful and helpful all the staff were, and in his failing health days felt safe there.

My brother needed some short term care while preparing for a heart operation. I was so glad I found Jasmine Court, the manager was excellent in listening to his needs and getting his stay set up quickly. All the staff are lovely, caring and genuinely interested in getting to know you. The food was
wonderful and everything clean and tidy. My brother was sad to leave but I know they are there if he ever needs to go back.
I cannot thank them enough.

The staff were always very pleasant & helpful. Although my husband was rather difficult he was always treated with respect during his short stay. I was always kept up to date with phone calls from the manager. The home was always kept clean & tidy & the entertainment looked great fun. It was a happy
& friendly place to live. When my husband passed away rather suddenly the staff were so kind & comforting to me. I have much praise for everything.

All of staff - kitchen, carers, both managers, night staff, maintenance guy could not do enough for my mum. She was looked after and loved so much by all of them creating a wonderful life albeit the last few months of Mum's life. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering care. It was
the last thing my mum wanted but she realised it was the best and thanks everyone involved.
Thank you all.

I can't praise Jasmine Court enough. My dad needed a weeks respite at very short notice and everybody jumped through hoops to make this happen. He had a wonderful week, after not such a good start. The staff could not do more for him. So much so that he is now looking forward to returning. Thank you
so much to you all.

Whenever we visited Jasmine Court we got a warm welcome and were always offered a drink. The staff were cheerful neat and tidy. Our resident was extremely well cared for, clean, hair brushed and even nails painted and she was nicely dressed. She was always treated with great respect. Her room was well
organised and neat. The staff took her downstairs whenever activities were happening which I know was not always easy.
Having had a meal at the home we can vouch for the food being tasty and well presented.
The afternoon entertainment looked like fun with the staff joining in and helping the residents when required. Recently the residents were taken to a small farm and able to stroke the animals. That must have taken a lot of organisation and a tremendous effort for the staff and this is a measure of quality of care given to the residents at Jasmine Court.
The residents are fortunate to live in such a caring, friendly and happy home. The manager is a very special person.

Our family were totally impressed with the level of care that our Mother had whilst at Jasmine Court,
All the staff seemed happy and was a joy to visit this amazing home, and in Mums final stages, our family had the support of the lovely manager, who is an amazing person.
Mum was not the easiest
person to look after, but there patience and kindness shone through.
She enjoyed the meals, and would have the help to eat, on the days she couldn't manage herself.
The home is of excellent standard, exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

My mother was resident at Jasmine Court for 4 years since the death of her husband. It was apparent that he had done a great deal for her while they both lived at home and that she was not capable of supporting herself. Jasmine Court were very kind - they made her comfortable and looked after her very
well. She soon required constant care and 24 hour observation which they provided without fuss or question. There was always a doctor available to advise each time there was an instance of infectious disease in the home and we were always notified. Her stay included the Covid-19 period, during which time strict precautions were taken with visitors but at no time did we feel unwelcome. Mum's heath declined significantly in her final 12 months and we knew the staff were concerned for her, especially as she was bed-bound and couldn't join activities or socialise. Her passing was managed with dignity and care - I'm sure she would join in my appreciation for the care and support she received.

My mother joined you in January 2025 and quickly settled in albeit getting used to her new surroundings was initially difficult. I found the management and staff to be extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and provided a clean healthy environemtn for its residents. Although my mother was only with you
for a short time I felt assured she was well looked after and comfortable.

My husband was a resident of Jasmine Court for over two years until his recent death. The home is clean and warm but what makes it exceptional is the staff. The manager is a treasure and the whole team are friendly and welcoming.
My husband was bedridden and suffered with advanced vascular dementia
so wasn't always easy but he had the very best care - we couldn't have found better.
They cared for us as a family, particularly at the end, and went over and beyond in their support of us all.
I am extremely grateful to them all and would highly recommend Jasmine Court to anyone who is looking for dedicated care for their loved one.

My dad was living in Jasmine Court for several years, unfortunately he suffered with severe dementia and was bedridden but I always knew he was cared for to a very high standard.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming when we visited and supported us through my dad's declining condition.
It
may not be modern but as someone who has worked in care homes that's not what I was looking for. I wanted a care home that put their residents needs first and actually cared for their residents. And that's exactly what I got.
The manager is an absolute gem and I could not praise her or all of the staff highly enough.
My dad recently passed away here and the staff supported us throughout going above and beyond nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommend Jasmine Court and I hope this goes someway to thanking them for the care and support they so kindly gave my dad and us all as a family.

Shortly after dad went into Jasmine Court it quickly became evident nothing is too much for all the staff and he was made to feel at home and all his needs taken care of.
We cannot express enough how amazing Jasmine Court have been looking after dad during his time with them as well as making us
feel welcome during our visits.
All the staff always seemed to go over and above to make sure dad was cared for, loved and included in everything which took part there.
Jasmine Court became his home for the final months of his life and we will be forever grateful to everyone there for looking after him (and us) so amazingly during his time there.
Jasmine Court is by far the best nursing home we have visited and we would not hesitate to recommend it as a safe, comfortable and welcoming place for anyone's loved ones who need care.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the staff for caring so well for dad as you did, we are truly grateful.
