All the nurses, carers and other staff were wonderful in their care of our Mother, and every need was always attended to, swiftly and respectfully. Care was kind and compassionate by all. Communication (verbal and email) between the managers and our family was very clear and immediate.

The care my mother received was exceptional. The staff are always happy and willing to help nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice and spacious and the level of care was excellent. Although we were only there for a fairly short time, we received exceptional service throughout the stay

Medical intervention should have been made earlier

For someone who never wanted to be in a care home they made her feel at home and us very welcome staff were always very friendly and caring.

Friendly and helpful staff that was very accomadating as our mum was difficult. We were treated with care and respect as family members and even after death we have been in contact and support.

My 96 year old Father-in-law was very poorly when arriving at Jasmine Court at the end of May following a very unpleasant 6 week stay in hospital. The Manager and her wonderful team treated him with the utmost care, kindness, dedication and professionalism and the improvement in him was huge. They not only looked after him, but our whole family. He sadly passed after being with them for 3 months. They gave him and us quality time to spend together which is priceless. We knew he was in safe hands and he was very happy. We will be forever grateful.

The staff at Jasmine looked after my mum for five years. They were diligent in caring for her and kind to her and to me and my brother and the rest of my family when we visited. They do an incredible job.

The care my aunt was received was excellent ,physically and emotionally the caregivers were happy to spend time with her as she was bedridden , all her needs were met The food was always well presented and puréed as my aunt found it difficult to chew . The staff organised visits from pet therapy which my aunt loved and special days for the year were valentines cards and roses Easter eggs and cards , and her first Christmas at Jasmine court was made special for her .she new that everybody loved her and we as a family that gave us peace of mind x so thank you from the bottom of our hearts Jasmine court for making our aunts last months a much happier one .

A friendly and helpful attitude exists from all staff. Rooms and communal areas are clean and comfortable. The foods are varied and of good quality.

The carers where fantastic. Very helpful and offered to do me some lunch. John did enjoy his time there, but was never excited about the meals that was offered. Fussy bugger lol.

So in summary the staff food and atmosphere was excellent only let down by the building.

My mum was brought here after a hefty hospital stay, having pneumonia and no longer able to look after herself. From the moment she arrived, the staff have looked after her very, very well. They have always informed us of any issues and welcomed us when we have visited. Her room and facilities were very adequate for her needs and always kept clean. Lovely, homely care home.

Their support made a real difference and helped us get through a trying time. Thank you to everyone at Jasmin Court for the outstanding care and heartfelt consideration you showed us.

Our Mum went in for respite care for a few weeks. The staff were very caring, and very accommodating as mum had not stayed in a care home before and tried their best to put her at ease and chat with her. The room was small but warm and comfortable. We were very happy with the care that they gave to our mum and they made us feel welcome every time we visited her. A massive thank you to all of the staff and we would highly recommend Jasmine Court to anyone looking for respite care.

My 86 year old Mother did not want to go to a nursing home. Jasmine Court were lovely, caring and extremely organised from the moment we arrived. Mum liked her room and eventually decided she didn't want to return home. She made friends and joined in the fun! We are all extremely grateful to the wonderful team at Jasmine Court for mums care, you are all fabulous.

All in all, an excellent home for anyone's loved ones to stay in.

What a lovely place. My mum was sent there for assessment. She has dementia, osteoarthritis in both hips and a fracture to her right hip which unfortunately cannot be operated on. Although not wanting to see her go into a Nursing Home, she has very quickly settled in and is now a permanent resident.There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere, with superb caring staff. Everyone has a part to play in her care and she enjoys the games and activities that takes place. I can't praise this home enough. It is managed by Neela and this lady has great empathy to all the residents. It's a small home but with the personal touch, so much better than the larger care homes. I totally recommend this Nursing Home.

We were so pleased with the pleasant way that our mum was treated in the four months she was in the care home treated her it was so caring for her and that is all the individual people who looked after her the team in there are marvellous till the end a big thanks to all at jasmine court and we still visit once a week as it means so much to us

My mother stayed here for end of life care, there was no stress as you would have had in a hospital. I found her comfortable and kept in a clean condition. Pleasant room with a television if she wanted it. Drinks and food were offered. Caring and hard working staff, we could not have asked for more under the upsetting circumstances.
