Jasmine Court is a 24 bedded Nursing Home, which is beautifully situated, overlooking sea views from the front of the home. They have a level access enabling residents to be able to peruse the promenade, visit local shops, enjoy refreshments at a local café, or attend a local church of their choice.

The accommodation consists of a ground floor, which comprises of 2 bedrooms, a large lounge which to the front of this has a small cosy area where residents can sit quietly enjoy panoramic views, or the larger area, which caters for residents who enjoy the hustle and bustle of life. They have a small foyer area for those who like their own company and a sun terrace for warm balmy days.

All rooms are individually decorated to accommodate different tastes. There are 20 single rooms, 7 being en-suite and two double rooms, for those who like company. Most bedrooms are on two floors, which are lift accessed. They have three prime bedrooms, which provide breathtaking sea views. All rooms have televisions for private viewing.

Professionals actively support activities with in the home, from aromatherapy to organised events each afternoon. Activities are aimed at providing a stimulating environment thus helping each individual in care to achieve a good quality of life.

A visiting minister provides spiritual needs and some residents go out to local churches, or receive visits from church members.

They cater for long and short-term residents and have the reputation of providing excellent care, and have many testimonials to support this.

My brother needed some short term care while preparing for a heart operation. I was so glad I found Jasmine Court, the manager was excellent in listening to his needs and getting his stay set up quickly. All the staff are lovely, caring and genuinely interested in getting to know you. The food was
wonderful and everything clean and tidy. My brother was sad to leave but I know they are there if he ever needs to go back.
I cannot thank them enough.

The staff were always very pleasant & helpful. Although my husband was rather difficult he was always treated with respect during his short stay. I was always kept up to date with phone calls from the manager. The home was always kept clean & tidy & the entertainment looked great fun. It was a happy
& friendly place to live. When my husband passed away rather suddenly the staff were so kind & comforting to me. I have much praise for everything.

Better Late than never for my review of Jasmine court. I cannot thank all the staff enough, for the care and compassion they showed to my ex neighbour. She even tried to promote the home to myself, telling me how wonderful it was how nice the staff were almost every time i would visit, To all the

I can't praise Jasmine Court enough. My dad needed a weeks respite at very short notice and everybody jumped through hoops to make this happen. He had a wonderful week, after not such a good start. The staff could not do more for him. So much so that he is now looking forward to returning. Thank you

Whenever we visited Jasmine Court we got a warm welcome and were always offered a drink. The staff were cheerful neat and tidy. Our resident was extremely well cared for, clean, hair brushed and even nails painted and she was nicely dressed. She was always treated with great respect. Her room was well
organised and neat. The staff took her downstairs whenever activities were happening which I know was not always easy.
Having had a meal at the home we can vouch for the food being tasty and well presented.
The afternoon entertainment looked like fun with the staff joining in and helping the residents when required. Recently the residents were taken to a small farm and able to stroke the animals. That must have taken a lot of organisation and a tremendous effort for the staff and this is a measure of quality of care given to the residents at Jasmine Court.
The residents are fortunate to live in such a caring, friendly and happy home. The manager is a very special person.

Our family were totally impressed with the level of care that our Mother had whilst at Jasmine Court,
All the staff seemed happy and was a joy to visit this amazing home, and in Mums final stages, our family had the support of the lovely manager, who is an amazing person.
Mum was not the easiest
person to look after, but there patience and kindness shone through.
She enjoyed the meals, and would have the help to eat, on the days she couldn't manage herself.
The home is of excellent standard, exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

18 years after easing my Mum's passing, 4 years since that of a dear friend and now my loving husband. Personnel have changed but the loving, compassion, cooking and exemplary care continue. Thank you for the kindness shown to us over recent months and don't ever change.

My mother was resident at Jasmine Court for 4 years since the death of her husband. It was apparent that he had done a great deal for her while they both lived at home and that she was not capable of supporting herself. Jasmine Court were very kind - they made her comfortable and looked after her very
well. She soon required constant care and 24 hour observation which they provided without fuss or question. There was always a doctor available to advise each time there was an instance of infectious disease in the home and we were always notified. Her stay included the Covid-19 period, during which time strict precautions were taken with visitors but at no time did we feel unwelcome. Mum's heath declined significantly in her final 12 months and we knew the staff were concerned for her, especially as she was bed-bound and couldn't join activities or socialise. Her passing was managed with dignity and care - I'm sure she would join in my appreciation for the care and support she received.

My husband was a resident of Jasmine Court for over two years until his recent death. The home is clean and warm but what makes it exceptional is the staff. The manager is a treasure and the whole team are friendly and welcoming.
My husband was bedridden and suffered with advanced vascular dementia
so wasn't always easy but he had the very best care - we couldn't have found better.
They cared for us as a family, particularly at the end, and went over and beyond in their support of us all.
I am extremely grateful to them all and would highly recommend Jasmine Court to anyone who is looking for dedicated care for their loved one.

My dad was living in Jasmine Court for several years, unfortunately he suffered with severe dementia and was bedridden but I always knew he was cared for to a very high standard.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming when we visited and supported us through my dad's declining condition.
It
may not be modern but as someone who has worked in care homes that's not what I was looking for. I wanted a care home that put their residents needs first and actually cared for their residents. And that's exactly what I got.
The manager is an absolute gem and I could not praise her or all of the staff highly enough.
My dad recently passed away here and the staff supported us throughout going above and beyond nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommend Jasmine Court and I hope this goes someway to thanking them for the care and support they so kindly gave my dad and us all as a family.

Shortly after dad went into Jasmine Court it quickly became evident nothing is too much for all the staff and he was made to feel at home and all his needs taken care of.
We cannot express enough how amazing Jasmine Court have been looking after dad during his time with them as well as making us
feel welcome during our visits.
All the staff always seemed to go over and above to make sure dad was cared for, loved and included in everything which took part there.
Jasmine Court became his home for the final months of his life and we will be forever grateful to everyone there for looking after him (and us) so amazingly during his time there.
Jasmine Court is by far the best nursing home we have visited and we would not hesitate to recommend it as a safe, comfortable and welcoming place for anyone's loved ones who need care.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all the staff for caring so well for dad as you did, we are truly grateful.

My mum spent almost two months at Jasmine Court, initially receiving care which then led onto palliative care. Throughout her stay, Mum seemed happy and relaxed. Whilst she was able, she spent her time in the lounge, looking at the Weston Super Mare seafront. She loved Weston, the view was important
to her and always brought her peace. Jasmine Court has a warm, almost family feel, and you feel this when you enter, from the warm smile and offer of a cup of tea, from whoever meets you at the door. This level of care is evident throughout the home, the staff are engaging, often seen in the lounge talking to the residents. The home in general is clean and tidy always as are the resident's rooms. The one thing that always got mentioned by those that visited Mum, was that "It doesn't smell like a home!" Which speaks volumes in itself. My mum, is now at peace, although it is a sad time for us all, I would like to thank the team for making her stay calm, comfortable, and dignified. Thank you.

The care my Mum received was excellent. Jasmine Court has a homely feel and all the staff were caring and happy.
The manager was always available should she be needed and was extremely approachable and caring. I would highly recommend this care home as they truly do care.

All the staff were so caring, compassionate, and professional at all times.
My father was always kept clean shaven, washed, hair, nails, and clothes nicely presented.
Staff were attentive to his needs sharing valuable information daily.
On entry, the staff explained the process of his care package
and provided a tour of the home, including the excellent kitchen. His room was freshly painted comfortable chairs, and plenty of blankets.
They provided a welcome pack with essential information which reassured us about his care.
When he passed away the staff couldn't be more supportive.
Such a lovely friendly environment.

All the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, Dad was not the easiest person to deal with and they all coped remarkably well with him.
Even since Dad has passed a member of staff in particular has called to see how Mum is coping, which touched her heart.

My mum was well looked after for her weeks respite care. All the staff seemed caring, considerate and welcoming. When I visited the staff were often sitting and chatting with the residents. The entertainer coordinator visited several times throughout the week. He provided stimulating and fun activities
and knew the residents well. He included my mum and treated her with respect and as though he's known her for a while. My mum was well looked after and the food was of a high standard.
