The accommodation consists of a ground floor, which comprises of 2 bedrooms, a large lounge which to the front of this has a small cosy area where residents can sit quietly enjoy panoramic views, or the larger area, which caters for residents who enjoy the hustle and bustle of life. They have a small foyer area for those who like their own company and a sun terrace for warm balmy days.
All rooms are individually decorated to accommodate different tastes. There are 20 single rooms, 7 being en-suite and two double rooms, for those who like company. Most bedrooms are on two floors, which are lift accessed. They have three prime bedrooms, which provide breathtaking sea views. All rooms have televisions for private viewing.
Professionals actively support activities with in the home, from aromatherapy to organised events each afternoon. Activities are aimed at providing a stimulating environment thus helping each individual in care to achieve a good quality of life.
A visiting minister provides spiritual needs and some residents go out to local churches, or receive visits from church members.

All the nurses, carers and other staff were wonderful in their care of our Mother, and every need was always attended to, swiftly and respectfully. Care was kind and compassionate by all. Communication (verbal and email) between the managers and our family was very clear and immediate.

My 96 year old Father-in-law was very poorly when arriving at Jasmine Court at the end of May following a very unpleasant 6 week stay in hospital. The Manager and her wonderful team treated him with the utmost care, kindness, dedication and professionalism and the improvement in him was huge. They not only looked after him, but our whole family. He sadly passed after being with them for 3 months. They gave him and us quality time to spend together which is priceless. We knew he was in safe hands and he was very happy. We will be forever grateful.

The staff organised visits from pet therapy which my aunt loved and special days for the year were valentines cards and roses Easter eggs and cards , and her first Christmas at Jasmine court was made special for her .she new that everybody loved her and we as a family that gave us peace of mind x so thank you from the bottom of our hearts Jasmine court for making our aunts last months a much happier one .

Jasmine Court in WSM is an old building on multiple floors served by a lift and stairs so the rooms are small both for the residents rooms and the lounge area and not very light and airy so on first impressions feels claustrophobic - the initial feel which is oppressive is lightened by the staff...
So in summary the staff food and atmosphere was excellent only let down by the building.

Whenever we visited Jasmine Court we got a warm welcome and were always offered a drink. The staff were cheerful neat and tidy.
