Overall Experience
My father in law was admitted three weeks ago (21st September 2017) for a very bad bed sore and also to care for his ongoing cancer. I would say the staff and nurses were always forthcoming and kept us in the picture with his condition and general wellbeing.

His wife is also in the same home and he has enjoyed seeing his wife. I would recommend this home in the future for any family or other people I know.

We found that the staff and management were extremely nice and helpful to the residents and also to visitors.

My mother was only at Jasmine Court for a very brief time but in that time she was looked after very well and they made her last days very comfortable.

Jasmine Court staff helped my mother-in-law recover from a stroke and other medical problems when the hospital seemed unable to coordinate a response to her various needs. Staff were able to catch her when she fainted, avoiding additional injury. Staff have always been helpful, pleasant and keen to help.

Mum's last days were spent at Jasmine Court after a residence of over a year.
The staff and management were unfailingly caring and kind. The home was ideal for mum.

I can't speak too highly of how my mother was cared for.

The home provided excellent support and guidance to both mum and the family, especially at the end. It was a good experience of nursing care for mum and the family felt very happy with the home. Nothing was too much trouble whatever time of the day or night. The whole experience fo mum being in the home has helped us cope with mums loss.
