Jasmine Court is a 24 bedded Nursing Home, which is beautifully situated, overlooking sea views from the front of the home. They have a level access enabling residents to be able to peruse the promenade, visit local shops, enjoy refreshments at a local café, or attend a local church of their choice.

The accommodation consists of a ground floor, which comprises of 2 bedrooms, a large lounge which to the front of this has a small cosy area where residents can sit quietly enjoy panoramic views, or the larger area, which caters for residents who enjoy the hustle and bustle of life. They have a small foyer area for those who like their own company and a sun terrace for warm balmy days.

All rooms are individually decorated to accommodate different tastes. There are 20 single rooms, 7 being en-suite and two double rooms, for those who like company. Most bedrooms are on two floors, which are lift accessed. They have three prime bedrooms, which provide breathtaking sea views. All rooms have televisions for private viewing.

Professionals actively support activities with in the home, from aromatherapy to organised events each afternoon. Activities are aimed at providing a stimulating environment thus helping each individual in care to achieve a good quality of life.

A visiting minister provides spiritual needs and some residents go out to local churches, or receive visits from church members.

They cater for long and short-term residents and have the reputation of providing excellent care, and have many testimonials to support this.

Mum had been in Jasmine Court for two and a half years. During that time she was cared for in a kind and caring way. Staff were always polite to her and me when I visited in fact, I would class some as friends. To me, the home is excellent.

We chose Jasmine Court for our friend as there was such a warm and friendly feel about the house, and the staff all seemed happy as they went about their work.
The care and attention that was given was excellent, and our friend settled in quickly. The food was tasty and well presented, laundry was
done frequently, and everywhere was clean and tidy. The staff were all professional in their duties, but there was always a ready smile and willingness to chat. Our friend was approaching the end of life but didn't want to be moved away from the home as she was so happy there.

The staff at Jasmine Court were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very supportive and showed respect and care both towards my father and our family. The food was tasty and had a good portion size. They would always look to assist with eating if needed and when my father didn't like something
they would look to sourcing alternatives. They looked after my father's hygiene needs and gave him an amazing moustache. He is well-dressed in the correct attire for the weather. Overall amazing I felt comfortable while my father was in their carer.

From my brother-in-law going into the home, the manager and staff did their best to cater to his needs. From meal times being delayed if he went out for a walk, to breakfast given later so he could have a lie in. The staff were always cheerful and chatty when we went in to visit. The home was having
extensive refurbishment at the time, with new glass staircase and outside balcony space. Was always clean.

My mother entered the home in 2022 and ever since my first visit, I have been highly impressed with the team and the way they cared for Mum. The staff are all superb, especially the manager who has been professional, caring, welcoming and patient. Mum, to the end, was dealt with in a way that kept her
dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend the home and its staff.

The care my relative received at the care home was simply amazing, she was extremely well looked after by kind and friendly staff. We were always warmly welcomed and kept informed at all times of her needs and care. She passed this week, sadly and we and her were dealt with in such a caring and thoughtful

When dad moved in to Jasmine Court he was already very ill. The staff were warm, friendly and very caring. They could not do enough for him or us. As Dad approached end of life the staff kept us informed and made sure he was pain-free. I cannot thank the staff enough.

Food is excellent. Care excellent. I would have preferred a ground floor room with a view, but these were already taken. The kindness shown by members of staff went above and beyond. Fabulous views from the lounge. Well managed with good admin backup.

I can't recommend this care home enough; they are amazing. They were very caring and looked after my mum like royalty. The best care I've ever seen in my life. All the staff were amazing. Couldn't recommend anywhere else. My mum was ever so happy living here.

The manager and all the staff provided my dad with such warmth, kindness and respect during his six-month stay at Jasmine Court. He was admitted for end-of-life care and passed away two days ago. Dad felt safe and responded well to the professional approach of the manager and her team. I visited frequently
and was welcomed with a friendly smile each time. The food and menu choice was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble when Dad wanted something different. I cannot praise the staff enough for their dedication and hard work. Thank you from myself and all the family. We will never forget what you did for him.

My wife was in Jasmine Court Nursing Home and always said she was relaxed and happy. All the staff were wonderful in the way they looked after her. I could never find anything to complain about, and the home is run very efficiently. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The team at Jasmine Court looked after me extremely well. I was there when covid regulations were in place meaning that all residents were confined to their rooms for a lot of the time. Although it was frustrating, this was absolutely the right thing to do in order to protect all residents and staff.
