Jasmine Court is a 24 bedded Nursing Home, which is beautifully situated, overlooking sea views from the front of the home. They have a level access enabling residents to be able to peruse the promenade, visit local shops, enjoy refreshments at a local café, or attend a local church of their choice.

The accommodation consists of a ground floor, which comprises of 2 bedrooms, a large lounge which to the front of this has a small cosy area where residents can sit quietly enjoy panoramic views, or the larger area, which caters for residents who enjoy the hustle and bustle of life. They have a small foyer area for those who like their own company and a sun terrace for warm balmy days.

All rooms are individually decorated to accommodate different tastes. There are 20 single rooms, 7 being en-suite and two double rooms, for those who like company. Most bedrooms are on two floors, which are lift accessed. They have three prime bedrooms, which provide breathtaking sea views. All rooms have televisions for private viewing.

Professionals actively support activities with in the home, from aromatherapy to organised events each afternoon. Activities are aimed at providing a stimulating environment thus helping each individual in care to achieve a good quality of life.

A visiting minister provides spiritual needs and some residents go out to local churches, or receive visits from church members.

They cater for long and short-term residents and have the reputation of providing excellent care, and have many testimonials to support this.

My mum was not in Jasmine Court very long before her passing, so she did not have the chance to use the lounge, activities or the lovely balcony. Even though my mum's stay was end of life, the level of care and attention was at the same standard with respect to feeling and all the other aspects to make

My mother was recently admitted as a resident in Jasmine Court. For her brief stay prior to passing away yesterday she was treated with nothing short of respect, compassion and love by the amazing staff at Jasmine Court. She was so content to spend her final days in their care that it gave great comfort
to her family. We cannot speak highly enough f this care home and their very greatest asset - their wonderful staff. Thank you.

We always found the staff at Jasmine Court to be kind and caring, and their first priority was/is always the welfare of the people they care for. Food was/is excellent, with a good choice and variety. We always found the premises to be clean and free of any unpleasant smells. We were always welcomed

Mum was in Jasmin Court for 2 years and 8 months, in residential care for most of it. But as time went by she lost her mobility and the last month she crossed over to nursing care. The staff, from the bottom up, have been outstanding, treating her with great respect and dignity. Their care and nursing
has been amazing. They have become great friends. We can never thank them for all they've done, they've been above and beyond - they are the best - a credit to the profession.

My mother was placed in Jasmine Court following a number of weeks in hospital having broken her leg at the beginning of the year. She was in Jasmine Court for approximately 4 months. She received excellent care and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My mother
was very happy there and was made to feel welcome and 'at home' for the time she was there. I also was made to feel welcome and have no complaints, as everyone was lovely and helpful too.

I found the staff friendly, helpful and caring. The building, furnishings and decor are old fashioned and a bit tired but everything was clean and the food was good.l
My stepfather died in the early hours of the morning and the staff were with him.

My father in law was admitted three weeks ago (21st September 2017) for a very bad bed sore and also to care for his ongoing cancer. I would say the staff and nurses were always forthcoming and kept us in the picture with his condition and general wellbeing.
His wife is also in the same home and he
has enjoyed seeing his wife. I would recommend this home in the future for any family or other people I know.

Jasmine Court staff helped my mother-in-law recover from a stroke and other medical problems when the hospital seemed unable to coordinate a response to her various needs. Staff were able to catch her when she fainted, avoiding additional injury. Staff have always been helpful, pleasant and keen to
