The manager and all the staff provided my dad with such warmth, kindness and respect during his six-month stay at Jasmine Court. He was admitted for end-of-life care and passed away two days ago. Dad felt safe and responded well to the professional approach of the manager and her team. I visited frequently and was welcomed with a friendly smile each time. The food and menu choice was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble when Dad wanted something different. I cannot praise the staff enough for their dedication and hard work. Thank you from myself and all the family. We will never forget what you did for him.

My wife was in Jasmine Court Nursing Home and always said she was relaxed and happy. All the staff were wonderful in the way they looked after her. I could never find anything to complain about, and the home is run very efficiently. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The team at Jasmine Court looked after me extremely well. I was there when covid regulations were in place meaning that all residents were confined to their rooms for a lot of the time. Although it was frustrating, this was absolutely the right thing to do in order to protect all residents and staff. All staff were very professional, understanding, and caring.

Sadly my dad's stay at Jasmine Court was short, but the care and support we all received as a family was excellent. Caring and kind staff, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We are so great full to you all for making Dad's last days as comfortable as they could be. Thank you.

My mother was cared for with great compassion and dignity. The staff at Jasmine Court are warm and caring and endlessly patient. My mother had nursing care during the time she spent at Jasmine Court. We were always made welcome when we visited. She lived here for the last three years of her life. We are very grateful to the staff for making the end of her life as good as it was.

My aunt seemed very contented and settled at Jasmine Court despite her severe dementia. The staff were always friendly and helpful to me whenever I visited. The care home managed the Covid 19 situation very well, making patient safety their top priority. On my aunt's passing, the staff were extremely kind and supportive.

My mum was not in Jasmine Court very long before her passing, so she did not have the chance to use the lounge, activities or the lovely balcony. Even though my mum's stay was end of life, the level of care and attention was at the same standard with respect to feeling and all the other aspects to make mu mum confortable.

My mother was recently admitted as a resident in Jasmine Court. For her brief stay prior to passing away yesterday she was treated with nothing short of respect, compassion and love by the amazing staff at Jasmine Court. She was so content to spend her final days in their care that it gave great comfort to her family. We cannot speak highly enough f this care home and their very greatest asset - their wonderful staff. Thank you.

We always found the staff at Jasmine Court to be kind and caring, and their first priority was/is always the welfare of the people they care for. Food was/is excellent, with a good choice and variety. We always found the premises to be clean and free of any unpleasant smells. We were always welcomed with a warm greeting and kept well informed of developments regarding my parents. I would definitely give it five stars.

Mum was at Jasmine Court for almost two years. During that time we have always been extremely happy with the care she received and as visitors, were always made to feel welcome. We liked the fact that you always saw staff you recognised and who seemed to know their residents well.

An extremely good staff team!

Mum was in Jasmin Court for 2 years and 8 months, in residential care for most of it. But as time went by she lost her mobility and the last month she crossed over to nursing care. The staff, from the bottom up, have been outstanding, treating her with great respect and dignity. Their care and nursing has been amazing. They have become great friends. We can never thank them for all they've done, they've been above and beyond - they are the best - a credit to the profession.

My mother was placed in Jasmine Court following a number of weeks in hospital having broken her leg at the beginning of the year. She was in Jasmine Court for approximately 4 months. She received excellent care and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My mother was very happy there and was made to feel welcome and 'at home' for the time she was there. I also was made to feel welcome and have no complaints, as everyone was lovely and helpful too.

I found the staff friendly, helpful and caring. The building, furnishings and decor are old fashioned and a bit tired but everything was clean and the food was good.l
My stepfather died in the early hours of the morning and the staff were with him.

Excellent care.

Dad was only here 2 days for 'end of life' so it is difficult to tick boxes relating to a broad range of service. Everything we experienced was excellent. Thank you for your understanding and support.
