My husband was well looked after. His request for a different mattress was followed up as it was agreed the mattress in place was faulty. As to the food, he ate what he could when he could. A couple of times the wrong meal was delivered but this was swiftly rectified. Five items were list in the laundry but three have since been retrieved. Medical care was good, the chart well updated. He felt that being washed whilst sitting on the toilet was undignified and they changed this method of working. He was not provided with an activities schedule and later on, he would not have been able to take part anyway. His wedding ring has gone missing but the home is aware of that. It probably slipped off his finger and we're all hoping it will be found. I do not blame the home for this.

I can sleep at night knowing mum is so well cared for in such a wonderful home.

Dad has lived at Cornerways for almost 4 years now. The staff at the home are part of his family. Choosing a Care Home was a difficult decision but I have always felt thankful that I chose Cornerways. The Staff are so caring to both residents and their families. Dad has enjoyed many outings in the past. There are often activities in the home such as art and crafts, visits from small animals and singers, who get the residents singing along. Residents are encouraged to continue following favourite hobbies and are introduced to new ones. I would recommend Cornerways to anyone.

The home is spacious which helps Mum's mobility as she uses a walker and the gardens are beautiful. My only less positive comment would be the activities seem to have reduced in recent weeks although I know staff have left and the management are in the process of recruiting staff to rectify this. All in all I feel grateful that Mum is in an environment with dedicated staff who treat all residents with kindness and respect.

Mum has been living at the home for 18 months and has settled in well. The team of carers look after her well, they are kind and talk to her. They are very good at letting me know if she is ill and regularly update me. The food is always nice and varied, and they make sure she eats. She did struggle with her weight initially but the team put a lot of effort into getting it up which was good. The home do regular events which family members can join in with. It's also clean and has a new dining room.

My wife moved into Cornerways care home for respite and has been made very welcome by all the friendly and helpful staff- they make the time to be helpful. As the partner of a resident, myself and our family have been kept well informed

Confident he receives the best care and is treated with dignity . The home is always clean and smells clean. The staff are excellent and friendly to residents and their family members. Then food is always freshly cooked and very good

There is always a calm, relaxed atmosphere when I visit. My parents are so happy to be living in Coppelia House and we are happy knowing they are safe and well looked after. Thank you.

Knowing that Mum is safe, cared for, and supported gives me and my brothers real peace of mind. We are extremely grateful to the wonderful team at Plymbridge House for the exceptional care they provide at this stage of her life.

When Mum arrived at Parklands in Dec 24 she was wheelchair bound and had made the huge decision to move into care and sell her home of 57 years. Mum has settled in wonderfully with the help of some wonderful and caring staff who understand her needs which are mostly physical. They have encouraged Mum to walk again and now with help she can walk short distances on her frame. The main reason we and Mum like Parklands is the variety of activities and spaciousness of the Lounge and dinning areas. The activities staff have been so creative and there is always something for Mum to join in. There are also outings on occasions. The garden is lovely. The only less favourable comment I would make is that several key members of the care and activity team have left recently. However many members of the care and activity team are exceptionally experienced, dedicated, and kind.

My mother has been at Parkland House for 3.5 years and gradually integrated into the environment. She seems happy & jokes around with the staff who treat her with dignity and respect. The care is of the highest quality. Parkland often arrange a variety of entertainment for the residents to keep things interactive. The residents are given regular food and drinks and the staff are very friendly whenever I visit the home.
