My Mum had lived at the care home for nearly 2 years, before she passed away. She was initially under the care of the residential team and then moved to the nursing team.
She did not want to pass away in hospital but in her room at the care home, with family with her. Thank you SO much for allowing that to happen.

The members of EVERY team (not just the Care Team) have been exceptional; Activities, Catering, Cleaning, Laundry, Reception, Finance, Management (forgive me if I have missed any!) My Mum was well looked after in every way. I cannot recommend Beauchamp Country House Care highly enough. I will always be grateful. Your work not only benefited My Mum, but our entire family. My wife was admitted to Beauchamp House on a Saturday under palliative care from hospital. I was concerned she was being moved from a hospital environment to somewhere that to me was the unknown . Well I didn't need to worry. The care she received was exemplary. From the minute she entered the building the support she received was first class.
All the staff were fantastic and the help that my wife and I received was faultless right to the end when she passed away. A supermassive hole has been left with my wife passing but the home were always there even inviting me back and my family for a chat and a cup of tea.
The gardens are beautiful, and the wildlife is amazing. My wife loved nature and sitting in the gardens watching the resident peacocks was something I will always remember.
For me the home is highly recommended, words alone cannot describe how wonderful the home is.

Mum spent 5 weeks at Beauchamp having moved from hospital for end of life care. After a really helpful initial visit Mum arrived & we were made so welcome & there was a wonderful family type atmosphere of caring & concern for the residents. Throughout Mums time the nursing staff & every level of staff were so professional & responsive to Mums needs as her condition worsened. We could not fault the quality of care love & concern both for Mum & us as family. Mums wishes were properly considered in her care. Mum felt safe & secure in the home & became very fond of the staff. This helped us as relatives to know Mum was happy. The whole atmosphere of the home was life affirming & positive so even though Mum was in her last weeks of life we felt she was still living rather than dying. The nurses managed the final end of life care really well & when Mum died they showed respect & love for her & for us. We will always be indebted to Beauchamp House more than they will ever know.

Excellent care and respite. Attentive staff. Very good food. Safe working practices. Very clean. Medication provided timely. Exercise encouraged and assisted. Friendly during the day. Regular monitoring duringb= the night.

Overall Experience
My dad was here for respite care after leaving hospital before he went home. What an amazing place. Everyone was kind and caring, helping him to rebuild his confidence and strength without pushing him. He could not have asked for more - laundry done every day, plenty of activities if he wanted to join in, comfortable rooms, lots of different areas to go and sit - the list is endless.

If neccessary I wouldn't hesitate to arrange for him to stay again.

Respite care of 2 weeks did the trick. Restored to normality
Staff very friendly & helpful
Food on the whole very good. Soup was very good.

Overall Experience
My mother was discharged from hospital to the care home on 29/01/26, then suffered an unexpected stroke on 31/01/26 and subsequently died on 03/02/26. During this period I could not have wished for better care, the staff were supportive, sensitive and professional both to my mother and me.

Bearing in mind her short stay I am unable to comment upon many of the aspects of the home but from my initial inspection it was far superior to any of the other homes i have seen.

From a warm welcome when you enter the care home to the care shown by all members of staff the ambience of the building is all embracing.
The building maintenance is of the highest order, the members of staff are friendly and keen to meet your every need and the nursing care, if required, is of the highest order. Also, when you enter the building you will see the entertainment team encouraging all the residents to become involved in the games, music or other activities that are occurring.
I would like to express my thanks to all members of staff for all the help and kindness they showed to my mother.

PS Be sure to enjoy the excellent coffee in the lounge.

This care home is just amazing. My grandmother seemed like she'd never adjust to it, but she's done so well and the team have treated her and us with care. The activities, food and overall atmosphere is 10/10!

My mum went into Beauchamp house for roughly 5 weeks and everyone there was fantastic. Mum was very apprehensive about going into a home but once she was there, she wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. She was well looked after and she couldn't believe that she ended her days in such a "posh gaff". Can't say thank you enough

I have enjoyed my stay at Beauchamp House
It was very different - but I count my blessings that I am ableto do everything for myself. I would have liked milk and suger on the tables and spoons in the saucers. (at breakfast) I realise staff is at a premium but would have liked Breakfast served a little quicker.

Staff have been lovely.

I would recommend Beauchamp house 1000% the care given to my mother went above & beyond. We also were made to feel welcome nothing was ever too much trouble. Mother eneded her days there 16.08.25 with dignity we couldn't have asked for better care.

Mum has been here since December 2023, a wonderful caring home, always quick to follow upon residential needs and any issues. Fantastic staff with lovely facilities. Mum is comfortable and happy.

The staff at Beauchamp House were all so kind, considerate and friendly yet professional. Mum was able to come into the home quickly and received excellent medical and personal care throughout her short stay. It was such a shame that she was too poorly to enjoy the beautiful grounds and fun activities as well as the excellent catering that was on offer.
