My dad has recently been accepted into this care home, his first home since moving out of his own home. In the short time he has been there, he is a different man, back to his old self. The home itself is more like a guest house than a home, really warm and welcoming. Beautiful gardens, lovely to sit out there in the peace and quiet. Activities are available to the residents to keep them active and occupied.
The staff are exceptional. They treat the residents like friends and provide the best care we have ever seen (better than Mom's home). They go above and beyond in everything they do. Dad is so happy there, and it's a comfort to us that he is safe, secure and well looked after. Meals are brilliant. All in all, a brilliant home staffed by carers who care.

Overall Experience

Well, my sister has now been at Stennards care home in Frankley Beeches for about four months now and the family are pleased with her well being. Her attitude and calmness in my view seems better than it has been for a very long time. She seems to have lost the nervousness she used to have and this can only be through the care and attention she is receiving there. She was nervous about going to bed when living on her own but now she is far more at ease and relaxed. The staff there couldn't be any more helpful, she is kept clean and is well cared for. Thank you all
