Care Homes Owned by Trident Reach The People Charity

I have been in this place for nearly a year, nice and don't mind it. The activities are very good and I am in my own flat here which I enjoy and like that I get support here, it's a nice area and a good place.

This place is wonderful I really love it. All the staff are great workers friendly people and helpful around the house. I have never felt more secure and at peace ever in my life. Thank you for putting me here, all is good and I feel nice. Someone really cares about me and I never expected this much chance to recover and finally sort my life out.

I would not recommend this care home at present, it needs many improvements. My main issues are poor communication and health and safety. Positives are, there are some very good care workers.
