I have found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and informative . They have answered any questions I needed to ask and my Mom has come on leaps and bounds since she arrived. I don't think she would be returning home without their help and guidance. They have all been thoughtful to her needs showing
her loads of compassion
as she has been in hospitals for a long time.

After a great deal of thought and having been involved with a daycare centre previously, I applied for daycare at the centre for my wife. We paid a visit to the place along with a good friend from the Alzheimers Society. It took a matter of minutes to realise what a warm and friendly place it is.
The
genuine care and professionalism is obvious, we have received daycare now on six occasions and each time I leave her in their care, I know that she is in safe hands. I find they are very approachable and listen to individual needs. I can't praise them enough, they make a very real and positive improvement to both our lives and I hope they are able to carry on doing it for many years to come. Brilliant people doing a hard and sometimes thankless job in a very warm and caring way.
I can't believe the difference it has made to my wife. Thank you.
