Your sister is a pleasure to provide care and support to, and yes, we do use the term "love" when we talk about "love care and attention", even if it is on a professional level. For me, when your sister smiles, the whole room lights up and it makes my day a better one. The whole emotional journey you are on as a family is clear to see, but you are open to support from the Nursing Team, myself, and our Admiral Nurses. as and when needed.

It has only been a success due to the whole family working closely with us to ensure your mums move went smoothly; starting with that initial visit to us, my visit to mum in the hospital, all the family visiting, decision time, and then the actual move in. It all worked so well; your mum looked and still looks so stress free. It is rewarding to us seeing a family wrap round their relative, a precious gift, as much as all of you do. It is lovely to see your mum and all of you make the most of the Gift Caf which is situated on site. It certainly caters for your mums sweet tooth. Thank you

I appreciate that your decision for mum to move was a stressful one, but we all worked well together to reduce the stress your mum may have experienced, and you having peace of mind,; being able to go on a long haul journey once you knew your mum was safe and cared for.
