Her room is now a mini version of her house with her most treasured possessions around her to make her feel secure and comfortable. Communication from the staff team is very good and we are always kept informed anything new and our queries are always answered as soon as possible. Any health or medical issues are dealt with immediately - the doctor called- the family contacted. Mum is treated with dignity and respect and says she is happy to live with such lovely people to care for her.
