This was the first care home my mum stayed at after suffering a fourth more serious stroke putting her into care. My family and I were anxious about putting mum in a care home knowing it was never something she ever wanted. Mum settled at Villarose quickly however, the staff were friendly and caring
helping mum in various ways. The room she had was a good size and comfortable. The food was varied and always looked really good. Matt, the manager was always happy to take calls at any time and was good at keeping me updated with mum's medical care. He made an effort to make a connection with mum and helped her to recover with different stroke exercises as part of her therapy. Mum liked it here and was sad to leave. Thanks again to Matt and his team.

Villarose is a small Carehome in Lytham St Anne's. We found the care and staff to be professional, kind and compassionate at a very difficult time for our family.
We must give a special mention to Matthew, the Carehome manager, who was able to answer any questions we had and he always found time to
talk to us about any concerns, worries etc.

I was moved to this care home by the Social Services. I find that this property was more than adequate for my condition. The staff were very very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very comfortable. The deals were very good and tasty and the laundry service was good. The other residents were
easy to get on with. My mediation was supplied efficiently.

The staff are caring, attentive, patient, and long-suffering. The food is excellent, catering to individual's requirements. While my room is rather small it still has ensuite washing facilities. Some of the larger rooms have full ensuite toilet units. Rooms are kept very clean and have TV, as has the
lounge. My six months here have passed very quickly with my every whim willingly accommodated. Always felt safe. No organised activities.
