Lovely place to be, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and they work very hard to make sure their residents are safe and protected and looked after with their needs. And you can talk to them if you are worried about anything and you're always involved with what is happening.

We're happy with the care provided by staff at Riverside House. My sister always looks well looked after and happy here.

My son goes to Riverside House for respite care every other weekend. The home is beautiful, a real home from home, my son is made very welcome. The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure he's happy and comfortable, he is happy and I am happy in the knowledge that he's getting the best care.

Riverside House is a home-from-home. The staff are incredible. Everything we do here is enjoyable. I have a job in a care garage and I also play for a local football club where I have made some really great friends and have really loved living at Riverside House and I enjoy my time with the staff who work here.

I went to a game centre with the staff and it was good and had dinner out afterward. I also go out every Wednesday and Thursday which the staff encourage me to do so because it helps with my social skills.

My son has lived there for about twelve years and he loves it. We are happy with his care. He is always happy to go back. When we placed him there we looked around and loved Beech Tree as it was like home from home.

My daughter has lived at Beech Tree Hall for a number of years and we are extremely happy with the care she receives. The atmosphere is homely and it is like living in a flat not an institution. There is a lovely garden which is well used for barbecues and has a jacuzzi. The staff are carefully chosen and well trained. We have nothing but praise for Beech Tree Hall.
