Lots of care and attention. All the staff work hard. Also they are all approachable. The home is clean.

There is always a happy, welcoming greeting the moment you enter the building and this follows through to all carers and staff. The building is constantly being cleaned and smells fresh. I am happy with the care and patience shown to my in-laws at this difficult time in their lives. They are always
treated with dignity and spoken to respectfully. Staff are easy to approach and I am never worried to ask for advice or updates on my relatives health, etc.
Food and drink are plentiful and tailored to individual needs. Overall happy.

My experience when visiting Priory Care home is a good one. Staff usually greet me with a smile and I find my mother either in the Dining Room or her room depending on the time of my visit. Staff encourage friendships within the home which has been a real positive for my mother. For instance during
a period when she was poorly her friend visited her in her room and asked if she would come to the lounge as she was missing her. This made a difference and aided her recovery. Also, I notice, when my mother has times when she is unwell staff make sure her needs are met for example, encouraging her to take in extra fluids and providing Ices to residents during hot periods. Residents have enjoyed singers coming in to entertain them and family members also receive a warm welcome. I believe the staff have residents best interest at heart and that they are very well cared for.

My dad suffered dementia and physical disabilities and had to be admitted to a care home, being unable to look after himself.
We selected the Old Coach House OCH due to its well run management professionalism and care by the support staff.
Dad is very happy in OCH, being well fed and looked after,
with no concerns raised since he moved in.

Mum has been a resident at the Coach House for almost a year now. She settled in very well and has received high quality care since.
The facilities are good and staff are caring, friendly and helpful.
Activities are organised to keep residents entertained.

My Mum has been a resident at the Coach House for almost 2 years - which I am sure has extended her life.
The staff are always very warm and friendly and I know my Mum is safe when I have to be away.
I know my Mum's needs are met and she is always well attended too.
I have never had any concerns
about the general hygiene as I visit often and it is always consistently clean and spotless . Mum is always in her own clothes and they are laundered frequently.
I know they have an Events manager who keeps the residents occupied with chair exercises and board games and sometimes outside events.
My Mum has her hair done weekly , a podiatrist visits every 6 weeks and other services pop in too.
Overall I am most fond of the staff as they are always professional ,upbeat and kind to both Mum and myself.
I have found everyone very straight forward , any concerns I have raised have been heard and promptly dealt with. So its all good.

Mum is now in palliative care, but her comfort and pain management are handled very well by the team in the care home. I feel the staff's expertise and training show in the compassionate care they provide and the way they go above and beyond to support my mum. There is family support available if needed,
with open communication and emotional support as required. The environment is welcoming, warm, secure and offers high-quality residential care which seems individualised for every resident. I visit often, and mum always seems well cared for, and that is all I ask.

As the stepson of a resident living with dementia, I have been very reassured by the care provided here. The staff are kind, patient, and clearly understand the individual needs that come with dementia. My parent is treated with dignity and respect, and it's evident that they are genuinely cared for

My mother has been in the home for nearly 4 years. We have never had any cause for concern regarding her welfare. The staff are all excellent and are professional at all times. I get regular updates regarding my mums activities and any changes to her health.

My mother was taken in for 1 week respite care. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My mother felt supported and looked after.
Home was clean and tidy. Room had all the facilities she needed.

My sister has been in the home for at least two years. The home is immaculate, light and airy with a garden. We are made very welcome when we visit. My sister is always very well turned out as is her room and the other rooms. There is an air of calmness and care from all the staff. She is treated with
dignity with the dementia.

My father moved into the Olde Coach House in 2022, and throughout his time there I found all the staff to be caring, friendly and helpful to both him and me. Both sections of the home are clean and welcoming. My father was well cared for in a safe environment, and all his personal and medical needs
met particularly as his condition progressed. During my father's final week I felt well supported and informed by the staff involved in his care, and appreciated their calm manner and empathy. Thank you.

I do not believe that there would be a better option for my mother. She is well cared for and safe. There are always enough staff members around. Everything is well managed . The staff are friendly and approachable, The home provides activities that my mother has the opportunity to engage with and
also the freedom to opt out of. As a family we are satisfied that mum is OK .
