me and my family have found the home to be clean and tidy. The staff and carers are very professional and caring. The home is welcoming and provides activities and outside visits to local amenities such as the local public house for a meal. Also visits from local children.

My father moved into the Olde Coach House in 2022, and throughout his time there I found all the staff to be caring, friendly and helpful to both him and me. Both sections of the home are clean and welcoming. My father was well cared for in a safe environment, and all his personal and medical needs

Overall Experience

My mother is very well looked after at the Coach House. It is my first experience of residential care and I believe I have been very fortunate as Mum has regained the weight she lost in surgery and looks much better than she did.
I find all the residents are treated with dignity and kindness which

is critically important.
I have no worries about my Mums safety - it is very secure with all the necessary technology and Mum has had previous falls but her room is always clear and clean but still cosy. mum is sociable and they often have activities organised and some events which keep her entertained.
I would recommend this care home as I feel very fortunate to have found it.

My experience of Priory Care has been a wonderful experience. I'm mostly greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. Reception staff are both smiling and welcoming. My relative is happy and settled and treated with love and respect by the caring team. It is always apparent that the team work together

to ensure a warm and happy homely feeling. They deal with everything in a respectful way to both visitors and residents and each other. I believe they work very hard to achieve perfection. My relative is encouraged to participate in activities too. The whole experience has helped my relative to feel at home and her fitness levels have improved. Moving my partner into residential care has been the hardest decision I have ever had to make. I knew it was in our best interest but as someone once said to me "no one ever said it would be easy"!
I made an appointment with a staff member to look around the home. From entering Priory Care Residential

Home on that first morning this member of staff and other members of staff were so kind and helpful. As I left I already felt that Priory Care would look after my partner and that this was the best residential home for him.
In the months that my partner has been a resident, I have found all the staff caring and attentive to both of us. The care he receives is first class and I can't thank you all enough. When I visit I always feel welcome and leave knowing my partner is safe.

Overall Experience

I'm concerned that property of residents sometimes ends up in another residents room. This is both ways, extras ending up with mum and her property being found in an other residents room.
I've also witnessed some inconsistencies with moving and handling techniques, and lack of verbal support during

the process when she obviously feel unsafe, whether or not this is the case.
Mum now goes upstairs on a daily basis, but on my recent visits she is always downstairs. I've never been given an explanation as to why this happens. I would like to see her in her normal daily environment, and will ask about this at out next visit.
Overall mum seems comfortable and happy with her care as she tells me so without prompting and has a good warm, rather cheeky relationship with the staff.

Overall Experience

I have found the home to be clean, warm and well cared for, the food is adequate and varied. The staff are amazing considering my wife has complex needs, the room my wife is in serves its purpose but I am afraid it is a bit like a prison cell where she can't see out of a window, other than to look at

the passing clouds, and the door is constantly closed. Despite her dementia and parkinsons she still has some mental capacity and would benefit from a bit of mental stimulation but the home are not allowed to get her out of bed so in effect she is being allowed to rot in the bed, not a way I would like her to spend her remaining days, months/ years.
