Mum has been a resident at the Coach House for almost a year now. She settled in very well and has received high quality care since.
The facilities are good and staff are caring, friendly and helpful.
Activities are organised to keep residents entertained.
I would highly recommend to anybody looking
for residential care .

My Mum has been a resident at the Coach House for almost 2 years - which I am sure has extended her life.
The staff are always very warm and friendly and I know my Mum is safe when I have to be away.
I know my Mum's needs are met and she is always well attended too.
I have never had any concerns
about the general hygiene as I visit often and it is always consistently clean and spotless . Mum is always in her own clothes and they are laundered frequently.
I know they have an Events manager who keeps the residents occupied with chair exercises and board games and sometimes outside events.
My Mum has her hair done weekly , a podiatrist visits every 6 weeks and other services pop in too.
Overall I am most fond of the staff as they are always professional ,upbeat and kind to both Mum and myself.
I have found everyone very straight forward , any concerns I have raised have been heard and promptly dealt with. So its all good.

Mum is now in palliative care, but her comfort and pain management are handled very well by the team in the care home. I feel the staff's expertise and training show in the compassionate care they provide and the way they go above and beyond to support my mum. There is family support available if needed,
with open communication and emotional support as required. The environment is welcoming, warm, secure and offers high-quality residential care which seems individualised for every resident. I visit often, and mum always seems well cared for, and that is all I ask.

Our dad is so well cared for,they do a fabulous job and the carers work so hard . We couldn't ask for any more, he's very clean & smart, when we visit we go to his room and it's very clean. Dad is very happy

As the stepson of a resident living with dementia, I have been very reassured by the care provided here. The staff are kind, patient, and clearly understand the individual needs that come with dementia. My parent is treated with dignity and respect, and it's evident that they are genuinely cared for
rather than just looked after.
Communication with the family has been open and supportive, and staff are always approachable and willing to listen. Knowing that my loved one is in a safe, compassionate environment brings great peace of mind. I'm grateful for the dedication and professionalism shown every day.

I continue to find staff warm, caring and welcoming. The home always looks clean and comfortable and is warm and cosy. My mother is settled and has made strong friendships. She likes her room and she has everything she needs to be comfortable. She enjoys activities especially those involving music,
singing etc. Knowing my mother is comfortable and happy has also made a great difference to myself and the rest of her family. I appreciate how hard everyone works to keep the home in order and more importantly ensure residents are well looked after and cared about.

My mother has been in the home for nearly 4 years. We have never had any cause for concern regarding her welfare. The staff are all excellent and are professional at all times. I get regular updates regarding my mums activities and any changes to her health.

My mother was taken in for 1 week respite care. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My mother felt supported and looked after.
Home was clean and tidy. Room had all the facilities she needed.

My sister has been in the home for at least two years. The home is immaculate, light and airy with a garden. We are made very welcome when we visit. My sister is always very well turned out as is her room and the other rooms. There is an air of calmness and care from all the staff. She is treated with
dignity with the dementia.

My father moved into the Olde Coach House in 2022, and throughout his time there I found all the staff to be caring, friendly and helpful to both him and me. Both sections of the home are clean and welcoming. My father was well cared for in a safe environment, and all his personal and medical needs
met particularly as his condition progressed. During my father's final week I felt well supported and informed by the staff involved in his care, and appreciated their calm manner and empathy. Thank you.

I do not believe that there would be a better option for my mother. She is well cared for and safe. There are always enough staff members around. Everything is well managed . The staff are friendly and approachable, The home provides activities that my mother has the opportunity to engage with and
also the freedom to opt out of. As a family we are satisfied that mum is OK .

Moving my partner into residential care has been the hardest decision I have ever had to make. I knew it was in our best interest but as someone once said to me "no one ever said it would be easy"!
I made an appointment with a staff member to look around the home. From entering Priory Care Residential
Home on that first morning this member of staff and other members of staff were so kind and helpful. As I left I already felt that Priory Care would look after my partner and that this was the best residential home for him.
In the months that my partner has been a resident, I have found all the staff caring and attentive to both of us. The care he receives is first class and I can't thank you all enough. When I visit I always feel welcome and leave knowing my partner is safe.

Mum went into the home 28th November never looked back - mum and her children are very very happy in every way. Fabulous chef, home cooked food, new friends. She never stops chatting all day and dancing, so nice to see. Thank you.
