Many thanks for taking the time to complete a review; we really appreciate this. Such lovely comments, I will pass on to the team. We love having your mum with us, she has such a big personality and is friends with all the staff and has some lovely friendships with other residents. We hope she makes this her permanent home.
Many thanks Napaporn, I have passed your concerns to AR. She will contact you to discuss, please always do speak to the team when you are in the home with any worries or questions, they can then show you the charts to ease any worries. It's always a worry when our loved ones take to their beds due to a decline in health, it can take a second to adjust to them getting less active than they used to be. I have had a quick look at his records and his drinking quantity is an appropriate amount each day and its recorded. He has a jug in his room each day for the carers to assist him with. Are you bringing in different drinks he likes that we do not have in the home? Maybe a different taste is what he likes. We are always happy to buy other products if you think he likes something different, please do let us know.
Thank you so much for your lovely review we appreciate it.
