Review of Killynure House from Jean L (Daughter of Resident) published on 24 July 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Mum has been in Killynure House for about 4 months now, I cannot praise the manager and all the staff enough, we were so worried that Mum would not settle but she loved it from the start, it is like a second home the staff are like family, if I had to go into a home it would definitely be Killynure House. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Overall Experience
My mum has been in Killynure House for over two years and I have nothing but good to say about her care at that time. All staff treated her with compassion and dignity and a great sense of fun. They also had time and chat with my dad when he visited and I know he will miss them very much now that mum is, unfortunately, moving to nursing care.

I always felt informed and included and like we were working as a team to make mums stay as happy and comfortable as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending Killynure House to any family.

I have been delighed that my Dad Andrew has settled so well into Killynure House. I have got to know quite a few of the staff member's to mention but a few the manager and some of the care workers who have helped me so much with his care transition. I thank all the staff who look after him with great diligence and warmth. I can't praise you all enough. I would highly recommend you all.
