Overall Experience

After a lot of soul searching we had to place my mum in a care home.
She's been a resident in Bramblewood for several months now and we needn't have worried one bit.
An excellent home where mum has thrived when we thought she was near the end.
She is treated with care and dignity and the staff are

amazing.

Overall Experience

My mother was moved to Bryansburn from another home that wasn't meeting her needs. The care she now gets is excellent. She is happy, clean, well fed and in great health. Staff are very approachable. I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving.

Overall Experience

My mother has been in Bryansburn for 5 months now. This has been a difficult time for our family, but the support and care provided by the staff and management has helped with this transition. All staff are friendly, cheerful + helpful. My mother is always clean and well dressed. Her room is well maintained.

We are pleased with the quality of food and drink. In summary, we are very pleased with the level of care she is receiving.

Overall Experience

From the second my mum was admitted to Bramblewood in January 2024 the care provided to her was excellent and second to none! She was always clean and well dressed and was toileted regularly each day. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and it was no problem if i had any questions or needed

anything it was always resolved. When my mum passed away last month (November 2025) the staff were so attentive and respectful to her and to us as a family. The home is also very clean and the facilities for residents are excellent. I couldn't recommend Bramblewood care home enough, it's a first class care home!

Overall Experience

My mum was a resident from January 2024 until she died on 12/11/25. Throughout her stay the staff were so attentive and supportive of both mum and our family. She was always clean and tidy, and the home itself always clean. Everyone was friendly. The entertainer they provided was brilliant. We broke

our hearts putting mum into a home but it was the best place for her with the best staff. When mum was dying last week the staff could not have been more compassionate to mum and supportive to us.

Overall Experience

My brother was admitted to Bryansburn in February 2025 and the manager and staff quickly settled him and helped his wife and me to understand how we could be support each other. At all times we have felt content that he was safe and well cared for in his needy circumstances.
The staff are pleasant

and have time for me as a relative. The manager is friendly and approachable, and keen to maintain high standards. The accommodation is kept very clean and fresh at all times I am grateful for all that they do for my brother.

Overall Experience

Since my mother arrived at Rockfield in the August of this year we have been very happy with her level of care. We have found the staff to be caring, accommodating and helpful.
My mother says the food is always lovely and the staff team are friendly. It's very difficult and concerning when it comes

to finding the right place for your loved one. We are confident we have found the right place.

Overall Experience

I am delighted that my Mother (who is 102) found a place at Bramblewood Care Home. The care provided is just what my Mother needs and I am able to relax knowing that she is safe and in a supportive environment. The staff, from the manager, nursing staff, catering, cleaning and domestics are so friendly

Overall Experience

My mother received the absolute best care possible during her time in Rockfield Care Home. The level of care and compassion shown towards her was outstanding from each and every member of staff. I would find it difficult to fault any of the departments. The auxiliary staff, nurses, care assistants,

cleaning staff, kitchen staff and not least the management who all made a point of getting to know her personally. Her likes and dislikes and helping make her feel welcome and safe during her stay in Rockfield. I found Rockfield to be a warm, welcoming environment with good facilities and well equipped individual rooms with a high level of cleanliness throughout. There was also great regular entertainment for the residents. The level of professionalism from all staff in caring for the residents and their individual needs with dignity and discretion was exceptional. I can honestly say that I would recommend Rockfield Care Home to everyone.

The staff are very attentive to residents and have great patience.There is plenty of entertainment - tea parties, BBQs and afternoon tea. Food is always plentiful and I have been offered tea/coffee any time it is available. Always made to feel welcome and relieved that mummy is happy and cared for

During my mothers stay in Rockfield Care Home she experienced excellent 24 hours nursing care, daily interactions with multiple staff member and residents, and excellent food daily. She got great enjoyment from the music sessions and regularly having a manicure. She was very happy and contented throughout

her stay. My family will be forever grateful for the care and attention she received.

Our mum settled in quickly to Bramblewood in Nov. 23. Both my sister and I are more than happy with the level of care mum receives. We find the staff are always pleasant and make time to speak with us whenever we visit.

My Mum became a resident of Bramblewood from January 2025 until she passed in June 2025

Despite enormous reluctance on my mother's part to go into a care home, quite literally from day 1 my mother found the home a positive experience, as did myself and the rest of my family who visited. It brought

my Mum much comfort and reassurance in her final months to be somewhere so caring, and again, the family and I felt the same.

There isn't an element of the care my mum received at Bramblewood that I can fault. The staff are all fantastic, the facilities are up to the job, it is clean and well looked after and overall, there is a big focus on ensuring that residents can enjoy their lives in whatever capacity that might be, considering care needs.

I really can't say a bad word about Bramblewood and we'd be in a utopia of a world if all care and medical facilities were up to this standard. I hope this standard of excellence is maintained

Overall Experience

A huge thank you to the Home Manager and the team of nurses and carers who looked after my husband with the best palliative care we could wish for.
During his time at Rockfield he was happy and content and the team working in conjunction with his GP and community palliative nursing team kept him comfortable

safe and relatively pain free.
Their total dedication was amazing and their empathy and kindness was wonderful.
During his time with Rockfield he was able to retain his dignity and he considered the staff his friends.
The facilities are excellent and the food extremely good.
They all went out of their way each day to care for him and I know he was so very grateful and became fond of everyone and he was able to enjoy the last of the time that he had.
As a family we cannot express our thanks sufficiently to the manager and all the staff who are a very special group of people.
