A huge thank you to the Home Manager and the team of nurses and carers who looked after my husband with the best palliative care we could wish for.
During his time at Rockfield he was happy and content and the team working in conjunction with his GP and community palliative nursing team kept him comfortable
safe and relatively pain free.
Their total dedication was amazing and their empathy and kindness was wonderful.
During his time with Rockfield he was able to retain his dignity and he considered the staff his friends.
The facilities are excellent and the food extremely good.
They all went out of their way each day to care for him and I know he was so very grateful and became fond of everyone and he was able to enjoy the last of the time that he had.
As a family we cannot express our thanks sufficiently to the manager and all the staff who are a very special group of people.

My mum had been a resident for a year and a half. Throughout this time, she was treated with great respect, love, care and dignity. The overall care is excellent and at a very high standard. All the staff are friendly, very professional, accommodating and have a great rapport with both the residents
and visitors. I always had peace of mind that my mum was safe and well looked after. Thank you, Rockfield Care Home.

My mum has been a resident for just over 5 and a half years. Throughout this time, she has been treated and looked after with love, respect, care, dignity and friendship second to none. We, her family have always been treated with the same kindness and warmth. Rockfield is so welcoming from the moment
you step in the front door. It is such a lovely, clean and welcoming environment and it gives families peace of mind that their loved ones are being looked after for all their needs, spiritually, emotionally, socially and physically with first class care. Every member of staff goes above and beyond their job description daily. Rockfield is indeed, a very special place for residents and their families.

I am very happy with the service provided. The care is excellent and a very high standard overall. They provide good nutritious food and the entertainment is very good and there are good activities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and have a good rapport with the residents and visitors.

The care home have taken excellent care of my mother-in-law, especially her appearance and nutrition. They have an excellent activities programme for the residents to keep them entertained. Each time I have visited the residents look very content.

Very happy with the care afforded to my grandmother.
The staff goes above and beyond with activities for the residents to do daily and tries to include family members as much as possible with fun activities for residents and kids to enjoy together.

I find Rockfield a very caring place, the very day that my mother went into their care I felt it was a safe and caring environment. The staff are lovely and pleasant with the residents. There are great activities to keep the residents stimulated. There is a very high standard of cleanliness.

I love going to the Rockfield care home to visit my nanny. The staff are always lovely. They treat my nanny so well and she loves them. They are so accommodating to my family and I on our visits. Since my nanny went in she's been so well looked after, always clean, fed, and well dressed. Her room is
always spotless and the living space is always clean and well looked after. They throw events and different parties for the residents, always trying to find ways to lift their spirits which makes me happy when I see the social media page.

Very good care and communication from management. The staff are all friendly and helpful. All areas appear clean and tidy. I receive calls advising of changes to medication and to advise on my mother's health.

My mother has been a resident from February 2024 and she has come on very well in her health and well-being. This is down to the care she is receiving. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The activities that are run and inclusive to all residents are amazing. When I called up yesterday, there
was a room dedicated for spa treatments with the music, robes, eye masks, etc. Where else would you get it? The thought that goes into not only caring for the residents but entertaining each and every one of them is simply outstanding. Well done to all involved!

After experiencing poor care in previous care placements the staff and management here have been excellent.
The food and care are exceptional and there is a warm, friendly environment, with lots of activities and peace of mind for the entire family that all of the needs and wants of the patient are

Rockfield is very well run with fabulous, friendly and capable staff. Always smiling and kind. My mother enjoys the activities and the hair/spa days.
