My mum has been in Rockfield Care Home for more than 18 months. In the past 8 weeks, she has moved into end-of-life care.
The staff at Rockfield Care Home have been excellent, professional, compassionate and communicated at all times. They are making my mum's last days very peaceful. We are very grateful.

This is my mother's first ever stay in a care home and we couldn't have asked for any better! The staff were very accommodating when it came to her privacy and dignity. I myself found them all very helpful and approachable. Mum had her birthday during her stay and I arrived in the middle of her outdoor
party, which included a home-cooked delicious cake. Thanks and congratulations to Rockfield Care Home!

Deepest gratitude to each and every one of the amazing staff for the excellent care and kindness shown to my mother during her stay. The staff are truly efficient and friendly and the level of care is of the highest standards. The home itself is spotless and all residents are catered to fully at all
times. I felt happy and contented in the knowledge that my mother as are all the residents, were and are treated to the highest standard of care and greatest respect. I hold Rockfield Care Home and its outstanding staff in the highest regard for support and kindness towards residents and families, phenomenal!

My uncle has been a resident here for a number of years. He is content and happy with the care he gets in Rockfield. The staff are all very friendly and treat him with respect. He enjoys the meals and the patient activities are excellent.

Overall, I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving within your care. Mum is always well-presented and content upon my visits. Mum is very capable of raising any concerns he has with any aspect if her care. The cleanliness of the home is always immaculate and praise should be given to the
staff for upholding these standards, as there isn't many homes that don't display unkind smells. Many thanks for caring for our mum so well.

Rockfield is an excellent home. My mum is there 3 years at this stage and she has received top-class attention and care. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The standard of cleanliness is excellent.
Overall I am very happy with how this home is managed and am extremely happy with the care
being given to my mother.

I just want to say a big thank you to the Manager and the entire staff at Rockfield for their continuing care of my aunt. Everyone shows respect, kindness and love to her and they all know how she likes things right down to her hot cup of tea and her wee comfort dog always under her arm. I must give
a special mention to one of the nurses who looks after the spiritual needs of the residents and for older people this is so important - well done to each and everyone of you, you are appreciated more than words can say.

The staff at Rockfield Care Home consistently provide great care to our grandmother. They keep the family informed of any issues that arise and they are willing to answer our questions when we enquire about her. It is a little difficult to comment fully as we couldn't visit but during this challenging
time, they seem to continue to look after her very well and provide her with comforts and look after her needs. Thank you.

I was a resident in Rockfield for 6 weeks. The first 2 weeks as a step down from hospital and 4 weeks respite. The staff have been friendly, caring and respectful. All of my needs from spiritual to nursing to caring have been looked after. I am 86-years-old and would recommend this care home without
hesitation - it was also very good to spend time with my sister who is a resident here. Thank you to the management and staff.

The wonderful staff of Rockfield have been a huge help to my family, giving us comfort in knowing that my auntie is very well looked after. The home has a warm, homely feeling and a wide range of daytime activities are absolutely fantastic.

My husband came to Rockfield from hospital in November 2019 for respite care. On 25th November he went to hospital for an overnight stay and returned to Rockfield. The acute care team came in each day for his medication, this was given with assistance of Rockfield staff. After one week, district nurses
came in, again assisted by the staff. My son and daughter-in-law are overawed by the dedication of all involved and highly recommend Rockfield Care Home.

My father came in for respite care following a hospital stay. Unfortunately, his condition worsened and he remained at Rockfield for end of life care. The staff at all times treated him with the utmost dignity and respect. They were ever attentive to his care and medical needs which were completed in
a timely manner without requiring prompting. Staff were pleasant, engaging and kind towards myself and my mother who stayed for an extended period with my father in his last days. I would thoroughly recommend this home.
